Been using Stompies for a couple of years and always have good service and great product. Even when things don't go according to plan, Stompies are willing and quick to rectify. Keep it up Naude and team.
Purchased a car that had a tracker unit pre-installed. Signed up with Tracker and within 2 weeks the unit stopped working. Logged a call and agreed a time for the service team to come out to me and nobody pitched. If this is how my relationship with Tracker starts, it won't end well. I have cancelled my subscription and Tracker want me to pay to have the unit I paid for removed. What lousy service. Glad I'm not their customer anymore.
Unfortunately I can't share good stories like others for House Hoppers. What started off well with great service has ended with me having to phone and follow up for months after our move for HH to replace damaged and lost goods through negligence and 2 months later I am still fighting with them!! They were greedy in that they tried to move our stuff and pack our landlords stuff in one day and ended up damaging furniture and goods and losing several things! Dealing with Katherine Hook their GM is a nightmare and she reneges on her commitments and when you try talk to Cheri the owner/director she's not available!! 0 stars from me!
Like many people, we booked tickets from JHB to London through Travelstart but the flights were cancelled. The tickets were suspended and now that we try to rebook them, we are getting the run around. 3 times i have found flights for the dates I want but when I contact them to try and book those dates, i get told the proice is 20k more or as of today, my requests for assistance are ignored. I have tried to contact them on their contact form, email and whatsapp but getting zero response since lunch time. All I want to do is book tickets to the value of what I paid especially when you advertise them at that price r in some instances, cheaper.
