Poor Custormer service and incompetency
<p>I am having an account that i am paying to CT International. i called them towards the end of april to change the debit date and they did then the lady i spoke with promised to send the latest statement. she did send the statement, when i checked it and compared it with the one they sent to me in November, I saw that the statements having a noticeable difference . i called the lady she said what i must send the statement that i am talking about she will take it up to her manager or team leader then come back to me. since i lastly spoken with her she has never called me. i have called several times, its either she is not on duty or they say she is on the phone, they will ask her to return my call. if they have two different statements for one account, i wonder how how many of their customers are being robbed like this. if i did not not have the November statement to check against what they gave me recently, i would be paying thinking that i am close to finishing wheresa it is increasing. they are quiet i am not sure whether they are waiting for the next debit or what because should they have dealt with this issue in time maybe i would have organised to pay and clear the account because they are such a pain. at this point i would prefer owing someone else just to clear their account.</p>

unfriendly Security officer behaviour
<p>we went to Game store in Pietermaritzburg Commercial Road, after finishing our shopping, since we were travelling in two cars we decided to leave one car at game parking and drive to Caltex garage to fill up the petrol. when we came back the security was closing the gate and i asked him to open the gate because my car was just behind him, he said he does not have the key i must walk around to the other gate and of which i did. when i was inside the yard approaching my car he was locking again for another vehicle that he opened for after telling me to go around to the other gate. then I called him and asked him that why he told me to walk around and now he has opened and locked for another driver whereas I am coming in, cant he open that i drive out. he refused and told me that, that gate is not for exiting, i told him that but he opened for the other car, he told me that the gate is for the staff and he cannot keep on opening the gate. if he was consistent with me and gave me the same treatment as the other drivers it would have been ok</p>

Good Customer service
<p>i wanna commend PG Glass in Pietermaritzburg for their good customer service, in interacting with the customer from the initiation of the process until the end. i had my car window to be replaced by them i made all the arrangements telephonically, i only went to them for the fitment. their service and explainations were very pleasing, with their workshop staff in a good working spirit. well done guys keep it up</p>

Poor Custormer service
<p>my car was broken into. then i communicated with the insurance and they appointed PG Glass Secunda to handle the replacement of the window, according to the information that i have as soon as PG Glass Secunda received the order or a go ahead to handle my claim,they were supposed to call me but that did not happen until i called them, the lady i spoke with started by denying my claim saying they have not received it yet. when i insisted that she must check it then she found it. on friday the 10th of February they told me that the glass window will come on thursday the 16th because it will take 4 working days. they did not call me for any update untill i called them they told me that they havent received it. on Friday after my wife went to them they called me explaining that theres been a mistake between them and their supplier, actually there order will come after 14 days. since it was friday afternoon their supplier was closed but they will speak with them and let me know by monday morning of the earliest they can bring it. i then called them again just after 14:00 they are now telling me that 14 days starts from today. this car will be without a window for weeks now and it limits us from driving freely to anywhere because it is not safe.</p>
