Amptex project review - toilet repair Sandton
This company is unprofessional in particular Ria Maree. The initial invoice sent to me was for over R9000 to repair a toilet, this invoice also included a charge for a toilet that I bought from somewhere else! When I confronted them about this they removed the charge for the toilet and replaced it with 3 other charges not discussed prior. They will promise they are able to perform services within the 1 hour included in the call out but you will receive an invoice for 3 extra hours. Then they will charge you for additional fees which were not discussed up front. Overall a terrible experience.

Unsolicited marketing - Keep calling me
I have been called on several occasions by Elite Mobile. Their consultants offer me cell phone deals every time they call. Every time , I tell them I'm not interested and wish to be taken off of their data base. EVERYTIME I am assured that my details will be removed from the data base and that I will not be called again. However, I still receive this unsolicited and illegal marketing from Elite Mobile. Why do these companies have access to peoples personal information and then use same to unlawfully market their product. This is unacceptable. There must be an Ombud to whom such an infringement of my rights to personal information can be reported? I will investigate and urge others to do the same. There is no reason your personal information should be passed out to the highest bidder WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. <br> Secondly, when Elite Mobile doesn't call me to offer me a contract, they call my number to contact a Mr Botha. I have on several occasions advised that I am not Mr Botha and requested that my details be removed as the contact person. Again I was assured that they would. I STILL receive calls for this Mr Botha.<br> <br> PLEASE take my details off of your system and DO NOT contact me!

Unsolicited marketing-rude-unprofessional
I received a call from Devashni from Mobiles Plus advising that they had a deal for me. This is unsolicited marketing and not allowed in terms of the CPA! I told her that I was not interested and asked for her managers number so that he could remove me from their data base. She was rude and unprofessional and asked why I asked so many questions. She proceeded to hang up the call. EVEN AFTER ADVISING THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED I received an sms from the company thanking me for my interest and promising to unlawfully harass me with more unsolicited marketing. I called the company and asked where my personal details had been obtained from. I have not given permission to any company to distribute my personal information for any reason whatsoever and I have a right to know where my details were obtained. After much debate, Clinton, the supervisor, advised that the details were purchased from Telegenix but couldn't give me a number for this company. They basically admitted to transferring personal information without the required consent or checks. TAKE ME OFF OF YOUR DATABASE! I DO NOT WISH TO BE CONTACTED BY YOUR COMPANY OR ANY OF YOUR AFFILIATES. DO NOT SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMAT
