Ek was glad nie baie gelukkig met die uitkoms van die 'elektrisiën' se besoek nie. Hy het probeer om die fout te kry en het net gesê hy sien niks fout nie. Ek het nogal by myself gedink...Shame man, miskien is dit die ou se eerste week in die lyn van werk. Want...toe ek later die aand toe tyd maak en maar self aan die werkspring met meter en al.....kry ek binne etlike minute die fout. Dis net jammer my tyd is bitter beperk, anders kon ek nou R1250 n teleustelling gespaar het. Om te dink hy was skaars 30min hier...net om later sy skouers op te trek. "Ek voel n veer" houding. Dis jammer! Verder....is julle faktuur/dokument stelsel ook nie heel lekker nie! Die rekening is al 2 weke terug betaal maar julle tel dit nie op nie. Julle meen die betaling se verwysing moet die 'Document Number' wees....maar daar is dan nie 'n spesifieke 'Document Number' nie. DUS maak ons toe die verwysing: 'Document Number'. Die feit dat jul dit nie eers kan op tel nie gaan my verstand te bowe. Dalk kry jul juis so baie betalings in vir foute wat jul nie kan kry nie. Meneer die eienaar: Daar is gate in jou emmer en jy verloor water.

This company is unprofessional in particular Ria Maree. The initial invoice sent to me was for over R9000 to repair a toilet, this invoice also included a charge for a toilet that I bought from somewhere else! When I confronted them about this they removed the charge for the toilet and replaced it with 3 other charges not discussed prior. They will promise they are able to perform services within the 1 hour included in the call out but you will receive an invoice for 3 extra hours. Then they will charge you for additional fees which were not discussed up front. Overall a terrible experience.

This company is unprofessional in particular Ria Maree. Requested a quote for a leak detection that was R1,250.00, however the invoice was R2,760.00 after the service completion that involved a walk around to verify that everything is closed and the water meter was not moving at all. They checked all the bathrooms nothing is leaking. We didn't have to use the frequency leak detector as the water meter is not moving.

Do use this company in Randburg, Johannesburg for your electrical or any appliance repairs. They told me the call-out fee is R330 but in the end, I Paid R1 127 for an opinion only! They did not do any actual work!
