I am boiling!!!! They are still charging me for a service that was cancelled within a week of registering. It's been MONTHS and I'm still being charged. Trying to call them but I've been holding on now for almost ten minutes!!!!
So after I left a review on Google, stating that they were not even slightly willing to assist and that the attitude was really poor, the director rep**** by explaining why they couldn't help. Then an employee of the company randomly sent me a WhatsApp which got me boiling because at no point did I give them consent to use a social media platform/medium to contact me. Since one can't reply to a comment on Google review, I decided to not leave it there and I've emailed them seeing that I am simply not someone who leaves a bad review and go on my merry way. I wanted them to understand WHY I was upset. It was all about the attitude! Whether they could help me or not! So an anonymous email reply reached me. After reading this I was AT A LOSS FOR WORDS! Now whoever (maybe too scared to give their identity) sent that email needs a reality check and that is my opinion. The person starts boasting the company and saying that they have so many clients and they have been around so long and if they provided bad service then they wouldn't have been around for so long and they have such huge clients etc etc! Basically, indirectly telling me that my complaint has no grounds. So it's safe to assume that they give a flying f... for the regular guy out there. Your complaint and input means absolutely nothing! Unless perhaps if you're a 'very big fleet'.
I urgently need my OWN funds but they simply don't respond to verification requests. No contact number and no call centre! *** SERVICE
Ek was glad nie baie gelukkig met die uitkoms van die 'elektrisiën' se besoek nie. Hy het probeer om die fout te kry en het net gesê hy sien niks fout nie. Ek het nogal by myself gedink...Shame man, miskien is dit die ou se eerste week in die lyn van werk. Want...toe ek later die aand toe tyd maak en maar self aan die werkspring met meter en al.....kry ek binne etlike minute die fout. Dis net jammer my tyd is bitter beperk, anders kon ek nou R1250 n teleustelling gespaar het. Om te dink hy was skaars 30min hier...net om later sy skouers op te trek. "Ek voel n veer" houding. Dis jammer! Verder....is julle faktuur/dokument stelsel ook nie heel lekker nie! Die rekening is al 2 weke terug betaal maar julle tel dit nie op nie. Julle meen die betaling se verwysing moet die 'Document Number' wees....maar daar is dan nie 'n spesifieke 'Document Number' nie. DUS maak ons toe die verwysing: 'Document Number'. Die feit dat jul dit nie eers kan op tel nie gaan my verstand te bowe. Dalk kry jul juis so baie betalings in vir foute wat jul nie kan kry nie. Meneer die eienaar: Daar is gate in jou emmer en jy verloor water.
Just had a horrible experience on the road which involved one of their trucks. Driving recklessly and skipping a red traffic light WHILST on his cellphone chattinfmg away!
They offer you the option of paying extra and then they guarantee you delivery the next day. Once the payment was done and went to track my order, it indicates that the order will only be delivered 4-5 days later!
Their marketing is awesome on social media but once you buy from them your are kept in the dark and there is absolutely NO way of getting hold of them!! They do not respond to emails either. They don't even respond to social media messages!! How can you promote a product if you can't deliver the product?
The owner clearly doesn't understand how business works. Unfortunately my insurance chose them to tow my vehicle. I was aware that I had to pay an excess amount. But obviously I need an invoice so that I can pay the company and obviously I need an invoice for my book keeper. But the owner INSISTED that I pay him via e-wallet. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? In what world is it professional to conduct a business transaction via e-wallet! You are a real clown! Furthermore, after I question him with regards to his legitimacy, he tells me that he doesn't want to run after me for money....WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?? A very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional owner and company! STAY AWAY!
I'm am being charged for the following and I have no idea what this is for! BIS/INT 12 ON TRUE TIERING = 117.60 BIS/INT 21 ON TRUE TIERING = 205.80
I have requested a very simple and straight forward change of ownership and this was two months ago! These incompetent beings continue to call me to arrange fitment AFTER I told numerous agents that the vehicle ALREADY has a device fitted AND I have indicated it on the application form which I have sent through ALREADY....3 times!!!! Now....I will have to find another company and refit their device!!!! Ek is donners GATVOL vir julle kak diens!!!!
