Telkom fiber I have a contract with telkom and now the increase my premium saying I had a subscription with prime tv, it's a **** now they want me to pay for it while I never received anything from Prime or Telkom
Bad advise I was advise by 1 of their consultant to let a debit order to go off on my account and now they cannot reverse it. I explain to her that i have accepted a mandate by mistake and I told them the company don't want to cancel it on their side they even block my contact. Now when i call FNB they say i must close the account they cannot stop the debit order i tried to call the fnb ***** division and no assistant.
Debtseo and SMSC its a **** they **** me money and now I have to close my bank account because they busy debiting my account without any services. I accepted the debit order mandate by mistake now I can't block it or cancel it or reverse the money. their contact not working 021 054 7723. their email address is also not accepting emails info@smscconsulting.co.za
I called and cancelled my contract with mtn early this year they gave me a ref no:126638154 and the debited my account end of the month. The next month I found that am owe the m R 514 I went to 1 of their branch to complain and to find clarity about that money course I knew that I pay R199 p/m and my account was cancelled and they told me they can't help me because they cannot call the call centre because of the strike. I went to other branch sunny-park they help me and closed my contract and change my contract to prepaid Ref no:5144455 and since then I never received anything from mtn, so today I was surprise to receive a call from their law saying im owing them. I went to the branch and they check on the system and try to call 808 and its show that I don't have active contract with mtn.
