Useless at delivering actual service when something goes wrong and then claim technicians are on site or allocated when they just buying time VOX20307204. Then don’t have a call centre or email help line
Absolutely useless. Be prepared to hold on for 20min when you have a query and then you will be lied to and told the fault will be escalated or technicians are on sight. They will also never call back despite committing to do so. Query VOX20307204. Please don’t bother sending me a generic response that you will send it on to someone to investigate!
False advertising and useless service. I his is more like a hostel rather than a luxury lodge. The staff, management and owner are were useless and need someone to help them understand what it takes to be in the hospitality industry. The food on their website is so far from the hostel style buffet actually received but yet priced as if it was a luxury venue. Atmosphere is that of a morgue at best
This company advertises vehicles and makes statements that the vehicles are accident free and come with a two year guarantee. After wasting my time to drive from Jhb to PTA to go look at a vehicle I receive an invoice that is over R20k more than what I saw the vehicle for. I am told that the biggest part of this is the guarantee. I then called their H/O to speak to the DP about this behaviour only to be told they do not have offices or phones! I was simply passed to another sales agent to try and close the deal. Surprise, surprise, more promises and then despite getting confirmation on deal details, the final details differ again. I am told the DP and CEO will call me but I am still waiting. False advertising and poor service from Mit Mak and someone I will never deal with

Sales staff will tell you things like, all our cars have never been in an accident and they all come with a two year warranty, but suddenly the price one sees the vehicle advertised for is increases by over R20k for on the road and warranty costs. Then when you complain, they simply transfer you to another sales consultant to try get the deal through. None of the senior managers there supposedly have an office or telephones that you can be put through to and never ever bother returning complaints. Bobby their CEO appears on adverts saying how great they are but let me tell you, don’t believe everything you see on TV as this is bullsh@t

Company does false advertising and shocking service. I contacted them regarding a vehicle I saw online and was contacted by Willie within 15min. We were told the vehicle is in their recon process and he would bring the vehicle to us. I then contacted him asking when this could be done and was told I would need to go there as the vehicle could not be taken out of the system. This we duly did after been told they thoroughly inspect their vehicles and all their vehicles come with a 2 year guarantee that it has not been in an accident. Then imagine my surprise when the cost increases by R20k as I am paying admin fees and I am paying for the warranty. I then spoke to Stefan who I was told was part of the CEO’s office when I called to speak to Bobby, the CEO. He fully agreed that I had been misled and promised to revert back to me within an hour. 5 hours later I receive a call from another sales person, Julian, telling me they would waive half the warrantee fee or reduce the coverage, but the vehicle would still cost me 5% more than the advertised price. I refused and told him I would pay an extra R5k for their “on the road fees” and he committed to revert back to me by 9am today. At 12:30, I messaged him and simply got a response that he is busy with management to resolve. This is the last I have heard from them. So much for good service and being customer focussed. I see the tactic of selling warranties is a common complaint
Scam Refer purchases to your bank and charge the transaction back as the acquirer will need to refund if their merchant defaults. Also, lay charges against Wanda van den Berg
I reported Tempted Clothing only to be told my review as I stated there were fake reviews and the business appeared to be a scam. Now Tempted Clothing sent a message to all clients that they are closing down and will not honour any orders or make refunds
Be very careful of them. Promises upon promises but no delivery. My wife ordered an item that was in stock in May and she still has not received it. We have heard every excuse under the sun but the only thing she received, is broken promises. I also believe the positive reviews here are fake reviews as almost all of these are from new accounts and have only made a single review ever
