We ordered over 40 refurbished laptops from this company in one transaction and after a few months we have found that 6 of the laptops were faulty, after numerous contacting attempts dealing with Itumeleng and Frank they do not want to honor the warranty of the units after we reported it within the warranty period. Would not recommend.
I have been having connectivity issues with my Fibre connection since the 13th of September 2020 and I have submitted numerous support requests to be assisted with this manner and every "support agent" has been giving me the same old story about either connectivity issues in my area (which in fact does not show on the website that there are any outages) I have contacted numerous times and every time I am told to submit a ticket and a technician will assist me, I have no pretty much had it with Afrihost and their so called service, my issue is not being resolved after following guidelines from the technician on how to resolve the problem but more than willing to take my debit every month, I have only been with Afrihost two months and its the worst experience I have had with an ISP I need to know what will be done regarding this issue and how can Afrihost better the service they so provide and strive for I cannot keep trying to resolve the problem with multiple tickets that is a copy paste comment.
<p>On the 22nd of May 2017 I have applied for an online contract for 20GB with a device and on the 29th of May 2017 I received an SMS stating that I have been approved for this package and that was it, nothing, nada. Not even a reference number so I can track it somehow.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried contacting the online sales at 10218 and 081 128 and I was on hold for 2 hours and then the call hangs up, no one is getting back to me regarding this contract and as I am sure that they will probably deduct the amount from my account even though the device is not even in my possession. I have tried the online chat support and they are just as useless that keeps directing me to the 10218 and when I ask for an e-mail address where I can maybe be in contact with someone that might help me, the question gets disregarded.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm a first time Telkom customer and this is the most terrible service to date, and I have been through quite a few.
