I cancelled my month to month plan and was told there would be no more billing. When I was billed again, I reversed the debit order. Now Telkom re-instated the debit order, after telling me there would be no more charges, and then charged me a fee of an extra R212 to redo the debit order. I have tried for 2 days to get of someone to resolve this theft. Please help. No call centre numbers get answered and most do not work
Repair to microwave was done in June, with a year guarantee. Stopped working in August and Kelvin from AB Appliance repair will not come fix it or refund
This is a warning to all people thinking of joining the Gym Company. The customer service is shocking, You will lose money. Any reputable company addresses issues and complaints that are raised on Hello Peter. You will see that the Gym Company does not respond to any issues or complaints You have been warned You will lose money. Stay away False debit orders. Fraudulent sales pitches. High cancellation fees. No customer service. Thefts of personal items from the clubs. Threats of blacklisting
After having 3 cellphones stolen on two separate occasions at the Newgate club, I decided to cancel my membership. I requested a discount on the cancellation fee, give the loss I had suffered and the reason for my cancellation. After numerous attempts to engage with management and numerous requests for understanding, I kept being told that the loss was not their fault, and they would not oblige. After two weeks of requests, pleas, being polite, getting legal advice, Gym Company said that the full cancellation needs to be paid in order for the cancellation to be done. They were not interested in the reason for cancellation or the value of the items stolen. They offered o sympathy, no understanding and no discount. The legal advice was not to pay, but there would be months of administration and court appearances, which sadly is not worth it. So, the Gym Company go their full fee, But they lost one of their biggest fans. The customer service sympathy and understanding was non existent. There were no promises to review security procedures, assist with the investigation and even the security camera recordings were not reviewed, despite me telling the the exact date and time of the thefts. I will make every effort to discourage people from signing up or using the Gym Company. Great sales team. They are making good money. But sadly, you as a customer will not be put first, and if you have an issue, you will not be helped. They will take your money. The CEO Clint will make handsome profits, but it will be at your expense. As long as you are paying and things are going well, you will be fine. If you encounter any issues at all, this is not a business you want to be associated with You will be fine as things are going well But you want to be paying a company your hard earned cash to know that things will also be fine, even when things are not going so well. That's what you will get if you join a more professional and customer friendly gym/business. You have been warned

On 22 July 2016 I ordered the Telkom July Deal of the month, via Online, and then followed up with the call centre, and the agent said I qualified and that I would be contacted by a Telkom agent. I was assured I would be called within two days, but possibly that same day,, to finalise the order. It was for the Package: Huawei E5573 with July's Deal of the Month (5 Gig per month). I ordered this on 22 July and I have still not heard from Telkom to finalise. When referred to the call centre, I have held on every day since then for over an hour, When I send emails via the website, I get emails telling to call the centre. It has been almost 20 days days since I ordered the package, and I still have not heard form Telkom, despite me calling and emailing them every day. It is now August and I will be extremely angry if Telkom now tell me the July deal of the month is not available, after I placed the order on 22 July. Telkom, contact me to finalise this order.
