Bought a 25 kVA generator. Collected and installed it. Checked all connections, fluid etc. All OK. Started, it runs rough and bellows black smoke, and keeps bellowing smoke. Switched it off, tried again, same story. Contact support, get the run around. Service manager decides to give me a reduced call out fee to get somebody to come and fix the problem. R4500. Huh??? brand new product that does not work, and you have to pay to get it fixed. This is where I am now. Let us see if it gets fixed.
Good product and service. Was a bit worried at first, yet everything came through as promised. They did not send an invoice, but when requested, I had it the next day. No issues. Will use them again.
I will keep this story short, for the sake of other users. There are more than enough MTN reference numbers for MTN to find out what is going on.<br> On 5 Dec 2015, an authorised SIM swop was done on my wife's phone. After a few days I started to get One Time Passwords from our bank, On top of that the phone was dead. A SIM swop was done on her phone apparently in Graaf Reinett (we live in Pretoria).<br> Why?. Do the SIM swop to get the OTP requested by the bank, and we go to empty the accounts.<br> All MTN request for reports, documents ,etc. have been sent through FOUR times already, resulting in nothing but Ref numbers and 3 calls to Ghana, and one to Nigeria. We were extremely lucky that the OTP was not sent to the swopped card.<br> FICA? How did this SIM swap go through? Where are the documents? We have had the Royal get around for 2 months now. We need answers.<br> This can easily happen to anybody and cost you a lot of money!!!
