The response time was very good
The response time was very good. The tow truck driver was very helpful and friendly. The consultant was very friendly and she explain sufficiently.

Horrible service from Arnold chatz Cars.
I am disappointed with Arnold Chartz Cars, I took a Jeep Patriot for hooter repair. It was repair but start the same problem soon after the repair. I have been struggling for the past 7 months to get the repaired but I am not getting any help. I am hopeless, I don't know where else i can report this matter.

Poor service from Arnold Chartz Cars Jeep.
I am very disappointed with Arnold Chartz Cars Jeep. I took a Jeep Patriot for hooter repair, it was repair but the problem started again soon after the repair. I have been struggling for the past 7 months to get my car repaired. I tried to negotiate for refund, I was told that is not an option. If I don't call I will not get an update or he will actually tells me that he forgot. That tells me that they are not worried about my car anymore. I paid a lot of money but I still have a problem. This is very poor service I ever experienced. I want my repair immediately or refund the.money I have paid for the service.
