We have a stockvel with Makro and today we went to get our vouchers and what a tedious process. We are still sitting in line and it's been over 3 hours. The sales manager Nelisa is so non chalant and have us attitude as if we owed them something, like she's doing us a favor. I'm beyond annoyed with Makro Wonderboom at this moment and don't see our stockvel coming back to Makro.
I am so disappointed and utterly annoyed with African Pride Irene Country Lodge. I have been calling them every day for the past 4 days trying to get assistance and clarity on something. Calling them for four consecutive days, 2 to three times a day!!! Each time I call, I am told that the Spa manager will call me back. I have been communicating with Tanya from conferencing and reservations. At this point I'm so over it, I can't be given the run around for 4 full consecutive days and still no clarity or feedback. I'm very disappointed and have even lost interest in visiting the hotel. They need to start putting more value on their clients especially during this trying time, our economy is at it's ultimate lowest, people are saving money as they are uncertain about the future and here I am wanting to spend my hard earned money by supporting their business and this is how I'm treated as though they are too good for my money.
I am in disbelief with the service I received from Capitec maybe Viceroy is right after all. Capitec failed to debit my account on the 31st January 2018 and we still have not established why as there were funds in my account, I went to the branch in Lynnwood Pretoria and was assisted by a lady named K****tjo, I brought her my bank statement from which the debit was meant to go off on to show her that there were funds available. She then called the collection Department which said there was a technical glitch and I should therefore wait for 24hours and the debit will go through. 24hours later and there is nothing except the collection department constantly calling me telling me that my account is in arrears, so to me this is a way to try and exploit more money from me, if my account is not debited, it goes into arrears, then more interest is put on my account. Get this sorted!
I initially applied for a contract with Telkom on the 31st of July 2017 and was told my credit check would be finalised within 48hours. 48 hours later still no phone call from the lady who was assisting me, I tried to follow up with no success but eventually established that my application was approved 3days after my application. On the 10th of August is only when I got a response that my application was approved however I was away but got back on the 15th of August and was at the store in Woodlands on the 16th. When I got there I found that they were offline they did however hand the products to me and said they would call as soon as they are back online to activate my WIFI 3 days later and I still haven't received a phone call, their phone keeps ringing non stop and at the end of the month I will be expected to pay for services which I still haven't used!
