Do not do business with this company. Purchased something online, received nothing and they don’t reply to emails or posts on their fb page. They don’t even have a contact number or persons name. The only information provided is an address in Vereeniging
I have reported every month , going back into last year about the DSTV magazine which found its way on the street by my house. Originally it was sent to P O Box as we DON’T have a postbox at our street address. Last year someone at Multichoice changed address from the PO BOX to the street address without my permission. Every month I have contacted them and been assured it will now be sent to the P O BOX. It’s now 18h15 on a Saturday and noticed the magazine once again floating around outside. WHEN IS MULTICHOICE GOING TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEM INSTEAD OF GIVING FALSE INFORMATION EVERY MONTH. IT TAKES A PUSH OF A BUTTON. Waiting for an honest reply
I’ve contacted MTN regarding unauthorized content charges on my account and was referred to WASPA who in turn referred me back to MTN for the name of subscription provider. After giving WASPA the info I was given they told be it’s incorrect and referred back to MTN. I have been told to dial the USSD number to unsubscribe, however on doing this it says I’m not subscribed to any services. My account is still showing the charges and has been for months now and I seem to be going around in circles. I NEED AN ANSWER and no passing the buck at my expense. If this is not resolved I’m taking it further
<p>Ordered something more than two months ago normal post which never arrived. Reordered by registered mail, at extra cost to myself and item is still sitting at Centurion Post Office from 27 October. Tried phoning everyday but nobody answers. Went online and checked hours which stated "closed", however I phoned the Centurion Mall who told me they were open. Decided to phone another sorting office who told me they are closed as the scanners at Tswane aren't working, but that makes no sense that no staff would pitch up for work at Centurion. All I want is my tiny parcel and NOBODY can help me. I WON'T Be using SAPO ever again. I'm sick of being pushed around. It's a pity I even have to give one star rating as it doesn't deserve this </p>
George mail hub NEVER update their systems to show movement of tracked item and I have to make numerous phone calls to Cape mail to try and track my parcels. We pay extra for tracking but can never find where it is as it stays on the system at George Hub
I sent a registered letter from Sedgefield to Cramerview on 22 May and according to tracking it's still sitting in George hub 25/5/15. <br> <br> Every time I send something I can never track it further than here. <br> <br> Please someone locate it urgently RD991118298ZA<br> <br>
I'm very unhappy at the fact that you closed the Sedgefield branch and today I tried numerous times to deposit money via the new ATM where the bank was. <br> <br> I used to have to use an envelope however by doing away with this, I'm now unable to deposit money as it comes back that the notes were folded. Yes sometime in their lifetime they had been folded. I did place them into the machine open and flat and on the last rejection I actually had to put my fingers deep into the slot to even get my money back. <br> <br> I've been with your bank since 1983 and this is the kind of service one receives. I refuse to drive s round trip to Knysna 52km or George 78km to make a payment into an account. <br> <br> It is quite clear that managements decision to close the one and only Standard bank in this small town was an uncalculated not thought right through decision. <br> <br>
The decision to close the branch is absurd. <br> <br> This town has many pensioners who can't afford to drive a round trip 52km to Knysna or 76km for George. We also rely on tourists and I use the bank quite often and have always stood in a queue waiting. There are also local businesses that use the bank to deposit their takings at the branch. <br> <br> This is a decision that may in deed make customers change banks. It's enough that your bank charges are high and notice that from this year credit cards are charged a monthly fee, not annual and works out more than paying annual. <br> <br> Is the ATM going to stay ??<br> <br> Very unhappy and not impressed <br> <br> Caron<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> Are the decision makers oblivious to this.
