I had a horrible experience in Pep hlahatsi (katlehong) today. I have bought a cellphone for my Granny in Pep sunward park life centre on the 25 April 25 and granny reside in Katlehong. When I gave the phone to her on the 26 April the phone is malfunction and dial numbers on it own. I returned the phone to pep hlahatsi and Mandisa Nzolo who was the stand in manager was arrogant as she even follow me outside the store as I was contacting Pep complain centre. To make it worse the consultant from complaints centre keeps on referring to head set T & C's other than cellphone till I run out of airtime that is 15 min on the call. No call back from pep complain desk till I call back and ask for the team leader. To top it all Letetswe the complaints team leader confirmed I can exchange the phone at any pep store up until she spoke to Mandisa Nzolo (hlahatsi so called stand in team leader suddenly I now need to take the phone to pep sunward lifestyle centre. Horrible service at location pep store. I had to drive to sunward pep to exchange and drive back to katlehong to deliver the phone at granny's place. Teams & conditions on the pep slip does not say we can't exchange at different pep store. Service is bad at location pep I don't know if the staff is doing this because black people usually don't complain.
I wrote my Re05 in 2013 march with Leselo examination body and pass it. However my current employer when trying to verify my certificate with FSCA they where told I fail the examination. I have send multiple emails to FSCA enquiring about this issues with no reply. Leselo examination body does not offer Re05 exams anymore. Please assist.
I bought a data for R149 @15:06 @15:09 I receive a msg I HV reached national data limit, by 16:06 I receive another msg I HV less than 18mb. Call Vodacom only machine was answering then call ended. The is something wrong 1GB cannot be finished in 1hour. Please assist, I couldn't get help from Vodacom.
I have receive an sms from UNISA on the 17/08/18 that my study material was dispatched from them to Boksburg Post office a month ago till now I have not receive it. I went and check with Unisa and I was advice they have given the study material to the post office and I must check with the hub ( post office in Germiston), the hub ( post office in Germiston) advice me that the study material was delivered to Boksburg post office on the 3/09/18. today I call Boksburg post office to enquire and I was advice they have not receive the study and they only receive delivery @ 16:00 everyday. please assist ref : PP ********** 97ZA and DISP No: C27/2018-398P. I when to discount store @ main street Johannesburg gundi square to buy stuff the security guard told me I must leave my laptop and expensive textbook book by the parcel counter, I went in and the manager said if it not groceries I can go it and as per went out da stupid pupil who tick receipt told me i UST go out by da entrance where the guard who refuse me go in was sitting, I went the and the fat guard was swearing me and he even put me inform of his superior and he then told me I must go out by the exit site. He call be ***** infront of his superior nothing was done to him. I went to buy there so that they can have income but they don't have customer care they treat people as if they came to buy on credit . please assist I could not believe the are still stores who does not value there customer. I'm furious.
I went to discount store at gundi square main street time 10:10 18/02/18 to buy some stuff the guard told me I must leave laptop and my expensive textbook on the parcel counter and I insist went in ask the manager he told me if it is not groceries I don't have to leave my things by the parcel counter. I bought my stuff and as I went out by the exit side the are pupil who tick the receipts they told me I need to exit by entrance site where the fat guard who refuse me to go in was sitting I went there and he started swearing and pushing me inform of his superior nothing was done by the manager of the store. there customer service is poor you will think I was there to buy on credit even management does not intervene when they see the is a problem by the door part of management just went out and drove off. we don't need such service in south Africa even wonder if the store is registered and if there guard do go to training for customer service. I'm furious with the bad service i got from the discount store.
Cell c port my vodacom number without me knowing and when I call them they r telling me I can only change it back after 3 months I'm not happy about it because I'm doing business with my Vodacom number, da people I spoke with from cell c are Terence mthethwa, boitumelo makgobola which they advice me to call today then o ask for their supervisor and i was inform none of their supervisor work at nite then i make another call now out of sudently the is a supervisor by the name of Kwanele khumalo and she did not assist either it like they all promoting false promotion of their freelancers. I was given a cell c simcard which I didn't want in da first place, I just fell back not to take it because those ppl need salary only to find out they have port my number without me knowing.
