If possible I would give 0 stars. I have been trying to cancel my rain subscription since the end of July. In August I tried again Reference Number: 11980927 and again end of August Reference Number: 24508103 which they rep**** to on 03 September, then again 06 September 2024 I tried to cancel. Today I called 23 September and it’s still not cancelled and due to their incompetence they going to continue to charge me until October! Cancel anytime, easy cancellation! Absolute no customer service, R600.00 adds up and up and they don’t care. Why am I the customer, paying for your staff’s incompetence? Not acceptable! I’m disgusted with this lack of service and utter incompetence. I will not recommend your services to anyone.
DinnerBox is a company where you can order homemade fresh food packaged and frozen for your convenience. Doesn’t matter if you let it defrost overnight in the fridge before heating it or heating it from frozen - the food is good quality and very tasty. I would highly recommend them if you working hard and don’t have time to shop, cook, clean up the kitchen. They have an amazing variety for all types of peoples with the convenience of an app … one stop cooking shop. Best of all it’s couriered right to your door … and calories are visible on each dish.
No comms for 3 days, it’s a rip off to pay this amount of money, it’s been weeks of weak signal which is frustrating but having nothing for 3 days? No sms from them to say there is problems or anything. Disgusted! Just a little red light on the router. Nepic barely ever gave problems!
Worst service provider. I was with Nepic until they sold over to Supersonic. My wifi has never had so many issues. I’ve have not had Wifi for days. My invoice isn’t even sent to me even after I requested an email address change and they had my address wrong!
This is specially to the staff from Pick n Pay Brentwood. We do click and collect and these staff members are polite, friendly, fast and just wonderful to work with. Sadly I can't remember everyone I have dealt with but there is Lucky, Aiyanda and Thabogo. There was a great fella's name who start with an R apologies for forgetting your name .... you guys deserve the compliments! To the managers, every staff member I have dealt with has been great with click and collect - you guys have made it work amazingly well. You wouldn't think that this is a new service. I would like to ask you to consider keeping this service as a standard procedure - its amazing and so helpful for people who work long hours and over weekends, aren't feeling well, have children and everything else in between.
I saw this company on Facebook and enquired about some products on facebook chat. I was then given a cellphone number to place my order. I was a little number as the products I wanted weren't on the website so I couldn't buy it online. The service I got was great, make no mistake there. I got an invoice over WhatsApp, made the payment on Friday and today (Tuesday) I got my delivery .... product is exactly how advertised. I will most certainly support them again!
I have been with Standard bank for over 30 years. While I have not always had the worst service with Standard Bank, I have also not alway had the best service either but I have remained a loyal customer. Today I am furious, I have been into the bank to sign a OTP form to switch numbers. This was something I was charged for and only a portion of it is correct. Some of my information comes to my new cellphone number and others don't. The fact that this was not done correctly should not be my problem to sort out, Standbank should get it right the first time! I called a while ago and a lovely lady said she could do it but it would take two days....well it is still not done. I called again and spoke to Siyamkele and I feel sorry for him having to take the brand of my anger but I refuse to go into the bank to do this procedure again because staff members have been incompetent! Why was I told by the last person they could do it over the phone and now I need to go to the bank??? I need this resolved immediately as I don't have access to the other number and I need to make a payment to a new person. I will not be going to the bank again to sort this out! This is not acceptable service and it is the last straw that broke the camels back. If this is not sorted out immediately, I am happy to take my business else where, you have until the end of the working day Standard bank - the ball is in your court now. Signed a VERY unhappy customer.
I sent 2 claims and within 24 hours Bernadine got back to me. When I required information, I spoke to Sasha who was so helpful and insightful. Just waiting for one claim but it is a big one. Thank you to the Team at Dotsure. Everyone has been really helpful since I signed up.
