worst decision of my life to have one of my vehicles ensured here! on changing of my address to a more secured location i had to find out that suddenly my premium has gone up with nearly R400!! this is totally unacceptable!! I would have received a call back spoke to 2 senior advisors .. and other advisors.. no one called me back.. what do I get an automated sms saying we cant get hold of you your situation stays unchanged!! this is ******* I will be cancelling all my insurance with OUTsurance!! Buch of ******s they kept on saying will call me back and have this matter sorted out!! what did they do unauthorized debit order loaded just took my money and no call back! they did not even tell me that a debit order for the difference will be going off!
What an absolute disappointment. I have been with member with Discovery for a number of years just to find out that new regulations apparently if a dependent is on you medical aid for less than 12 months chances are they dying is 100% before getting treatment. My brother has been refused treatment because he is new to my medical aid. I mean do you plan to get the flue... do we plan to get sick.. or is that not the purpose of having medical aid. it has been 2 weeks, it has been confirmed that my brother needs very urgent care and there is only 1 surgeon and 1 hospital in South Africa that can save his life, my brother still does not have preauth to be admitted and has been 2 weeks.. latest is that they requested a document from an Audiologist... something that is not even relevant to his current condition... he now has a declined status to be admitted to hospital because the Standards Department within Discovery Medical aid is giving us the run around constantly stating they have not received the documentation from the requested doctors which is a lie and 7 days later no response, no call back even if it has been requested numerous times, and in fact the documents have been confirmed as received, once again today spent my day on the phone, was promised someone will call me back and we will have an answer in 2 hours, day came and day gone, no one phoned, there still is no answer and we entering week 3. What is the hold up why is discovery refusing treatment but they are taking our money! I was told managers will call me, standards department will call me!! I HAVE HAD 0 CALLS AND THE BEST THING.. ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS SAID SORRY MAM PERHAPS YOU SHOULD TAKE YOUR BROTHER TO A STATE HOSPITAL!! We pay for private care but I am advised by discovery staff to take him to a state hospital! This case needs some serious attention and will be taken to to media! My brother will die without help and no one is willing to speak to us!! WHY ARE WE WITH DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID! they keep saying the documentation is outstanding where it is clearly indicated per reference that it has been received 2/04/2025 and today is already the 7th of April 2025. Standards Department is not doing their job and playing around! What sort of game is this, I am also refused to speak to senior members keep saying they will take my number and someone will call me! NO ONE CALLS AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR NOTHING!

Worst company and service ever! My previous complaint was removed by hallo peter as I was apparently not allowed to rate bad service! I placed my order 9 April 2023! Company has refused communicating bia email, whatsapp or phone! I habe never received my order nor a refund

Very unhappy with Planet fitness I am a new member my fist debit order was done incorrectly due to incorrect banking details loaded by the consultant. I was Co tacted by the det department to pay the money not to get interrupted access on 2 June 2022, I paid the same day, my access has not been fixed at the gym I contents to speak to a Miss Patricia Ndlala at the call center telling me my payment has not been receipted and she is waiting for her manager when I call they always in meetings and no one ever returns my call or is fixing my account, I wanted to upgrade my membership but I can't do so until the payment is sorted out amd it has been 8 days already and no one is fixing it. Worst service I have ever received!!! I will never recommend any of my friends should rather have joined virgin never had these issues with them
I could not be more disappointing in this brand, when I upgraded my cellphone the promotion was that you get a 32" HDTV with your upgrade, fine print on the Samsung's terms and conditions is to register on the website and send, lets note "a valid tv license" well we did just that as we have been battling with Samsung for nearly 7 months to get this sorted, we spoke to several people and telephonically they confirm all our details but yet we get the runaround and no senior management or supervisors suddenly available to help, you need to send an email with 0 response, until you pick up the phone and then yet 0 results. Probably the worst service we ever received.
I have been wearing great lengths for nearly 10 years I wear it as it is a lifestyle fir me due to extremely fine hair after so many years you know the aftercare and product use I have been given a set of 140 strands that is so bad that it knots as if you wearing fiver Hair it actually feels like coarse horse hair I have had it in for 7 weeks lost more than 20 strands so far launched complaints and what to they do... everything but replace they have the one excuse after the other cutting my hair for the 3rd time now I have done numerous treatments and nothing works. Where I normally replace my set every six months I will have to before 3 months if I'm lucky I am so disappointed in the product and service received that that they are not prepared to replace my hair knowing the state it's in and the consultant from great lengths telling me \I have news for you but your set is not going to last 3 months"so they are prepared to give you a free sample of mask knowing the product is off and saying to me if I get a new set dine in future to check the hair before installation as if I'm a hairdresser!!!
