Very helpful with getting the financials approved and squeezing me for money owed, very poor on delivering what was promised. I moved into my new home in April of 2022 and 7 months down the line I have had constant issues that had to be resolved. Water damage, paint chipping, leaking, faulty electricals, toilets not working properly, extras not installed properly, missing standard features, dodgy fibre network operator, not delivering fixes on time, not mandating a snag list inspection and the list goes on. I will never buy from these people again, very unprofessional and their back office staff are unskilled to say the least.
Ridiculously over priced service with sub par network latency. Their customer service is extremely arrogant and the so called sales reps have no way of dealing with customers.
These people are bunch of con artists. I paid them in full for a service that was never rendered, I have been trying to get a status update from Niksha and Claude and my calls, emails and WhatsApp messages are going unanswered. Buyer beware
I have a Vumatel Aerial line now for more than a year. I'm currently paying for 1000/100 line and getting half the download speeds that I'm paying for. The ISP says that the Vumatel technicians had inspected the line and did not find any fault, Vumatel technical support keeps passing the buck back to the ISP. I cannot pay over 2000 rand a month for **** service! If you advertise 1 gigabit per second line speeds then that's what I intend on receiving.
