What an waste of money and time, my 525i BMW went in for a service. Now we sit with a vehicle that leaks oil and smoke while driving. Cost me a lot of money and vehicle is not fixed. After nearly 5 weeks and no feedback unless we called in, there is nothing positive to say about my experience. We asked for regular updates while the vehicle was with the team, there was just no feedback/updates as promised every single time we called in and in my opinion very unprofessional. The first time we received the vehicle back, we even have black finger prints all over our white interior(doors and dash). I will therefore report this poor service and ensure future customers are aware of this. The mechanic even told us to drive for about 100km then smoke will stops, really!!!!
It has proven exceedingly challenging to establish contact with Telkom; my emails have gone unanswered, and my attempts to call have yielded no response. Upon visiting a branch in Hartbee****rt dam, I was simply directed to contact the service centre. I wish to terminate my fibre line due to relocating to an area not covered by the service. Despite having paid for two months of unused service, I find myself mostly abroad, making it impractical to visit a branch or incur the expense of frequent international calls. I am eager to know the procedure for cancelling my service, having already communicated this disappointing experience to others in my new locale.
So am still waiting for a reply on my deliveries,since march 2019 and not even my money back yet. A lot of lies and in my opinion a fraud.
The worst service I ever got from an service provider, I struggle since Feb. 2019 to get my backorders of missing military watches collection. Payment was done and still nothing received. After many emails and calls there are still no luck. Full of lies as I got different feedback from every contact I make when calling. Told me first package was send thru courier, then it was send to post office, then it is still on the way and they will come back to me to find out where the stuff are which never happened. The tracking numbers is just recorded but never send as I called the so said courier company. The service is absolutely poor and I asked twice for a refund which falls on deaf ears. I keep asking to speak to an manager which till date never happened. I need urgent help to get my money back.....
Very very poor service as i struggle since dec 2017 to get my savings money refunded back into my account which was apparently put into an std account for reason that details was not updated. This was even confirmed with the agent at the branch that all details is updated. Many emails, phone calls and branch visits i still not get my money back. This is amatuers we are dealing with. Just no replies anymore from email as i am abroad most of the times and cant follow up at branch in person.
I am very disappointed in the feedback and support i got, i had made 3 separate international payments to the states over a course of two weeks. Total amount was around R950 000 and reliazed within the 30 day window that this was a scam. I asked to return the money and got feedback that the beneficiary account do not have the funds. I then asked for advise or how to report this issues as i lost a huge amount of money and the reply was " This has been referred to our Compliance management team.They have advised that the matter will be placed on record with the SARB, however there is no further assistance we can provide. Furthermore I have provided them with all the information they require" is there no way that the banks can see in an account is suspicious. How can i escalate or who to get involved to try and get this money back
