I have probably filed with you for the past 6 years but this will be my last.blast year I also got no help when asking help when asking a question like previous years, you have become so big your consultants have no passion for what they do like when you just started. No feedback, issues since submission with uploading my docs. Cannot even log a complaint on your site. I just want to be disconnected so I can upload my docs myself on e- filing before getting a fine. Please reach out to me urgently.
This has been my first online purchase from forever new. I have previously purchased in store only. I placed an order on 14 April, and the item was delivered on 22 April. I logged a return on 23 April, and while I understand there were holiday delays, the item was only collected on 29 April. Your website clearly states refunds are processed within 5–7 days after receipt. It has now been 17 days since the item was collected, and after numerous follow-ups, I was told today that the item returned was allegedly not from Forever New. That is completely unacceptable. Who would return a dress worth R2,899 to *****ulently attempt a refund? This is a high-end brand, and I only bought online because your physical store did not have the dress in stock. I attempted to return the item to Edgars, as advised, but they declined it, stating they do not handle online returns. . Furthermore, your customer service has been unreachable – calls either go unanswered and ends abruptly. I have received refunds from two other stores I ordered from on the same day, within three days. This experience with Forever New has been unacceptable and has completely eroded my trust in your brand. I have to resort to logging a complaint as feel I have been de*****ed and am getting no resolution from your customer service. I do not know how your warehouse operated but RAM who collected the item is a reputable brand and I have had many returns collected by them so not sure how my return item was mislaid.
My Dad was admitted to hospital early September. I recieved a call mid September from mwdaol advising the doctor was not covered in full. My parents are sassa pensioners so I made arrangements for two payments it was not a pot outstanding. I made the first payment and then 2 days after sending proof of payment I get a wattsapp from medaol reading me again about the arrangement and that a R100 admin fee will be charged if I do miss a payment. I was needless to say shocked that a company may charge 15% of the actual bill as an admin fee. I will be logging this with the ombudsman and complaining to the doctor concerned as I find this shocking that vulnerable elderly people who would not question this is being done in. Also a note this is not disclosed when you make the arrangement.
Always such friendly service , staff are passionate about what they do, always caring and ready to assist with accurate and efficient information to ensure medical needs are met with no surprises.
I ordered my item. Within an hour Shenaaz emailed me. After that I was communicated to daily and my item arrived 2 days after ordering which exceeded my expectations.<br> <br> A great experience.
