Since August on the policy renewal I have requested numerous times for the updated Liberty Medical Benefit document on policy number provided. If and when I do receive communication back it was not what was requested. A request for an service relation agent to contact me, was ignored. The Liberty Medical lyfestyle offering was a great product, sorry removed from their offerings and no longer available to potential customers. I cannot refer any signup on any other product, you will be ignored too when you need information from them.
Sub-standard Z100 galvanizing quoted and sold without warranty when it starts to rust and classified as neglect for not painting them
No customer service from LHC Accounts department. Once the call is transferred the phone rings no end. Also requested my statement on their website contact page and emailed them directly in person. Only passing the buck blaming Groenkloof hospital to finalize the account after 8 working days.
Spoke to Mandla Msiza at MiWay and received excellent service from him and reviewed my premium. Great service and premiums from MiWay.
I did receive great service from Andre Engelbrecht following a burglary. I was always kept updated with phone callls and emails. The claim was settled within a short time. Suggestion: On specified items, request the model and serial numbers when insuring the item, too late once it is stolen to ask for it.
Professional service was received from Vusi R after an attempt to rectify some inspection certificates claimed to have not been received or not valid resulting in a premium increase on two vehicles. The agent I was initially speaking to does not understand the difference between day and night and need to be retrained on the system. Thank you Vusi for resolving the concerns with a decrease in premium.
<p>We booked into Dikhololo as first time visitors on 25 July 2016 for a mid-week stay as a gift. Our stay lasted 2 days out of the 5, due to the noise levels right opposite to our chalet where renovation was taking place. The noise of hammers, chissels and grinder right opposite our 1 bed chalet was unbearable. With the resort only 50% occupied why booking visitors close to the revamping is un-understandable?</p> <p>Even the sound-proofing between adjacent chalets is unacceptable hearing your next door neighbours as if in the same room.</p>
