I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the administrative handling of my academic records by Rosebank College. I was a registered student at Rosebank College from 2020 to 2021 and officially graduated in 2022 as a part time student, receiving my qualification certificate which I have attached. After losing my original transcript, I requested a replacement. However, the staff member who assisted me issued an incorrect transcript, which falsely indicates that I failed two modules with zero marks. This information is completely inaccurate. I have never failed any modules, and this is clearly evidenced by the fact that I successfully graduated and was awarded a certificate. I do not understand how it is possible to graduate if I had allegedly failed two modules, as claimed. Instead of investigating and correcting this serious error, the staff member insisted that I needed to repeat two modules, which is untrue. To make matters worse, my query was closed without resolution, and I was informed that I would need to repeat the modules in 2022. This response is both confusing and unacceptable, as it contradicts my academic history and graduation status. I am extremely concerned by the lack of accountability and poor administrative support demonstrated in this matter. I request an urgent investigation, correction of my academic records, and the issuance of a correct and accurate transcript reflecting my true results.

I am very disappointed. Bought a cross bag online, it took forever to be delivered okay finally it was delivered 10 days later, used the bag once the cross belt got ruined the very 1st day i used that bag. *****ed the belt again today the 2nd time when i have to use the bag the same thing happened. After I have spent R800 on a bag i was expecting more quality than this. 😢 and an efficient service delivery.
Tsebo facilities at Akeso netcare clinic is selling lies to people. False advertising they present prices everywhere on their tv’s, pricing list as visible ad they can be but when you get to pay it is complete different price, they even mention that it is not their problem that prices on their tv screens have not changed it is management issue.
It's disheartening to see so many people resign from this company in such a short period of time, and it directly affects us as clients. You begin working with a consultant, and just two months later, they stop responding because they’ve left the company. Then, you’re referred to a new consultant, but halfway through the process, they also leave. This constant turnover has a significant negative impact on our experience. Could you please focus on retaining your consultants so we can have a smoother, more consistent experience from start to finish? I’ve been following up since August of last year, and still, I haven’t received any constructive feedback. It’s frustrating to see progress interrupted by staff resignations, forcing us to restart with a new person every time
Telkom will rob you day light and refuse when you want to cancel their services just to continue billing us incorrectly. I am enough about this service provider they will over charge you and not assist you when you want to stop their services . shame Telkom is disgusting.
It is so frustrating to be with the same service provider for more than 5 years yet we are still dealing with bad service of billing. tell me how is it possible for Telkom to bill me extra 400 for 2 months and when you escalate they cant even give you a proper explanation. I have escalated for about a week now they still have not given me the answer as to why, Firstly the make assumptions that I might have subscriptions when they check nothing like that till today I am still waiting for them to credit me or rather give me an explanation as to why, let avlot the feedback.
very disappointed this year end of Feb I bought a box of Tinkies from checkers Haartebees. I found 4 tinkies instead of 6. I reached out to Tiger Brand to tell them what happened they since promised me to send the voucher even now I am still waiting for that voucher. :(
To get the service at this branch ( Absa Atteridgeville) you need to que for about an hour to get a service :( this is sad because even to get a bank stamp you take about an hour.
