I have put through a collection on Wednesday. Today is Monday. Still no feedback. Everyday I had to ask whats happening .sorry I will never recommend this service to anyone. Poor
I am dissapointed in my order..on theb9th July I placed an order for croc boot..i recieved my order on the 11july just before 2 o'clock.. I opened the box and saw the shoe size was incorrect I immediately call superbalist and then I get told only collection on Monday...however Monday came they collected the box before 10 am...I was messaged on Tuesday that the order was processed..I then received email it was being shipped so will be delivered on Monday day 21 July.. I was very upset about it..but superbalist couldn't care...I received a sms thurday to say order out for delivery Friday today ...however I received a call this morning at 10.37 order arrived ...I opened the box immediately and what a surprise again the incorrect size..now this is call really really bad service..I immediately called superbalist I complaint gow can you get the same order wrong twice..how..who checks this..I asked for refund immediately and was told order needs to be collected ...so they mess it up and makes me feel like I was wrong...I then check to order again and see but they have my size as requested in the 1st order ...so how did they get this wrong ..superbalist I'm done with you guys ..ive had really bad experiences now..up until now no one collected it and even called me to try and sort this out.. they so u professional..how do you take money and you cannot even try for the customer.. your after sales is very bad...so an entire day went bye you couldn't collect the shoes which you sent incorrectly and to top it off had ot brought from cape town ..I won't leave this here..this has not been fair at all..
I am utterly disgusted in the way they harass you even though I emailed them and they actually want a matrix student of which the problem was with the gym to pay an amount of 250 monthly which I don't know where eh should get from..I tried emailing them stating my case and the response back was so disappointing. Please assist me in how to stop these people from putting pressure on my son.
I am very very disappointed. Up until today. No one responded to my Facebook complaint. How sad. I've complaint on hellopeter no response. I was in hsops and I see the Easter eggs being sold again and I think of how I bought 2 boxes last year and they were half opened and bitten on. I sent emails pictures. And to date no feedback.
this email to you so you could please pass this onto the complaints person or manager in charge.<br> <br> On the 1 march registered my claim and was advised to take it nearest panel beater which i did on the02march. I had followed up the following day and was given details of the assessor in jhb whom i spoke to and he had advised that he handed it over to a mobile assessor who will go out Friday (Melicia Anthony) please note not once have i received emails or calls advising on my claims status. I had called the assessor on Monday all day but her phon e was just ringing. Ones again i called Santam my claims handler who is Claire Williams whom Ive never chatted to but you were booked off sick i was told and so was the assessor. They had appointed a new assessor whom i spoke to (Carinas Marais) who told me he will go out Wednesday. Wednesday came and i called assessor to ask status and was advice that he will sent me an email i must SMS him my email address. Today is Friday 11 march i received a email from assessor saying approved. Now i want to know. This took a week and will be two weeks with no communication from Santam. I have been using all my airtime following up.
