They were suppose to stay in contact regarding a claim, they were suppose to follow up and get the refund from the other party They made me pay access, had the installer mess up and had to come back 4 times and eventually they do not get back to me to finalize the rest of the process. When i phoned they operator said "legal" departments last communication/work done was 10 January ... great its now end of Feb and they just dont give a ****
Absolutely patheric service and no communication. I am absolutely horrified by the patheric attempt to correct my problens...3rd or 4th time i hellopeter miway fir the same claim
Got a rick through the window. Technicians fixed the window so well that it cannot close anymore This is after i had a previous complain that the window doesnt seem to fit the framw The technicials came and sprayed the window with lubricant and said its now fine. The button fjr the window was nit qorking afyer initial installation of the window They seem to have fixe dit "apparently" Now the window was opened by my son and cant close at all Patjetic repair Secind hellopeter fir the same problem Doesnt seem to fix anything Miway is suppose to have contacted the responsible parties insurance to get thw money and refund my acdess This is also not done yet I have discussed another claim regarding an insident during the december holiday of paint chippi g off thw front left vendor. I sent the images to miway and thwy still have not rep**** to me. I wonder what is the excuse for debiting my accou t without service delivery ... absolutely pathetic service all and all
I get in the car, drive to a mall with an fnb atm Tell my son to go to the hairdresser so long, i will draw thw money and come pay ... Needless to say, fnb failed me again. I am so sick and tired of fnb not fixing the atm at waverley centre pretoria, and then i have to draw money feom standard bamk Fnb do not refund me additional charges fkr using other banks due to their incompetance thus i have to resolve to hellopeter. I now tried cardless transacrion from account Cardless ewallet transaction after i had to pay myself money which has additional charges, and i tried using my card to draw money at this atm ... And then had to go to the standard bank atm This is pathetic, this atm is a waste and is mostly a problem ... The private clients chat also rakes their time to provide any proper answer it is more frustraring to wait foe thwm than anything else and as soon as thw conversation starts they anycase talk to someone else and not you Pathetic customer service
Last week i phoned regarding a claim that should be settled by a school due to their workers breaking my window. Miway first said the department that would help me is closed so they cant help me. They then said they would lidge a query so that someone can phone me back. No one has phoned me. I phoned in again today. Halfway through the process of finalizing the claim (which does not follow the steps given last time) the call was dropped. No one is phoning me back to resume the claim. I do not see why i should pay them monthly, they have my details, i firstly requested the call back and now shoukd be going through the entire peocess if call operators again to start the claim again with a new person. It is always a struggle to finalizr a claim with miway ... so sick and tired if the going up and down just to get stuff beung paid for finalized... I have a second claim due to bad workmanship that also need to be finalized and if this is how the window is going to be i dont even want to think about the vendor where previous fixes are falling apart ... urgh ...
Always fun and thoughtful when doi g dive trips with them. Gear are always sold with most truthful advise. Known them dor many years and will use them for a while still going forward.

After creating a ***** transaction on my credit card due to a transport **** FNB sends me notifications that the ***** case is closed ... while the transaction is still visible in my statements ... I phone FNB, they say the csse is still pending and have no idea what i am talking about ... And now i do not get any feedback from anyone and the money is still deducted from my account. Useless listing ***** with fnb, they dont keep your money safe from online ****s Apparently they have to do investinmgatiins ... into what, i tell them to reverse my money They will anycase take transaction fees Now time is ticking, it could have been a same day reversal but NOOOOO ... FNB does nit aim to help clients ... as a private clients with 6 company accounts with them i must say they do dissapoint ...
