I had my electricity cut off , which is was meant to be paid by my landlord yesterday, after a long back and forth,I was advised to make payment for my electricity to be connected. I also sent the proof of payment to prestige and requested for the power to be reconnected. Then they was that will have to wait for the payment to reflect before they can reconnect my power in my apartment. which could take a 3 business days for it to show. I was ill advised by the consultant because my understanding it that when the payment is made then they will reconnect my power.
I very disappointed with the service receive from intercape from bus 731. The bus was very late coming from Pretoria. And when we got to Joburg a drunk passgner was the bus and he already been fighting with the ladies at the check point. I was unfortunate to that he ended ip setting next to me, I was sweared by this drunk person. Then ask the drivers to interven. I Dont understand why you buses allow drunk people on to the bus as they an irration to other passengers. Why do you not considerate of the risk you run by letting drunk people on to the bus? They should be lift behind or asked to sobber up, this is very disappointing for a family bus serviceinfo@intercape.co.za

It would be ever so wounderful if get assistant , from your accounts office. I have made several attempts to contact your company without feedback. I have submitted all the documents requested by your office. I was advised the refund will be made with 10 business in October, but till today the funds have not Been refund into my account. I have contacted the whatsapp number that was proved on website but they are no longer answering! Mind you first request for my refund in August, still Not has not been your office?
I have emailed this company several times asking for my refund . I have sent you All the reflect documents required for the refund application but I HAVE NOT received feedback from the refund office. I called in on Friday to reserve a ticket ref ACMAEU01, I bought it the day before, and the consultant I spoke to advised that the ticket is on reserve till I need to use it . on Saturday I called to use the ticket for Sunday and I was advised that the ticket was not cancelled or on reserve. I'm very disappointed with the servicec, I've have been speaking to their mangers regarding my refund of the vehicle, I brought I was not advised of the defeat the vehicle has and I went back to report my findings from vw dealership , I have sent emails to their managers without any response , I want my money back at they didn't disclose all the necessary information regarding this vehicle
I am writing this email with the great since of disappointment , I bought a vehicle from your dealership in Eastgate Carzuka in June .The vehicle is VWPolo vivo 2010 model from Mpho and Rixion ,the status of this vehicle was omitted and also excluded by the medanical team that checked this vehicle . two weeks ago I went to the DERKA for the roadworthy test and they highlighted several issues including the CV,boot and wiring before the car may pass the test for roadworthy, I then went to VW for a full diagnostic report. The report showed and confirmed all the issues that were listed by DERKA when I took it for a roadworthy test. VW quoted me for R106 305.90 for them to fix the vehicle. Which is twice as much as the price I bought at R53000! Therefore I cannot register this vehicle as it failed the roadworthy test and there is no warranty from your company to cover the repairs . I am requesting a refund for this vehicle as it not worth my effect to repair and the market value of it I am beyond disappointed with the exclusion of information that failed to give me. I simply do not understand how an issue as serious as the vehicle wring can be hidden from your customers! I expect your promt response to this matter.
