I got ****MED by this dealership!

I got ****MED by this dealership! Firstly, they sold me a new faulty part for R1800. I found another one at Seal Centre, FOR ONLY R280. Secondly, I’m typing this message after waiting for over a month for a refund. I’m the one who’s been calling the dealership multiple times for a simple update! The manager finally decided to call after I requested to be called. What a waste of my time because he asked me to send him an email of the situation. Dude, you should have all the information you need because I even brought my vehicle to your dealership, your mechanic confirmed the part you sold me is faulty. I drove back home to get the original packaging. As a customer, I should have received my refund long ago! NEVER buy parts from this dealership. Anything goes wrong, you will DEFINITELY STRUGGLE TO GET any professional assistance, your money will be gone!

Wesley was very professional and made sure that the car application process was smooth. He communicated with me regularly, organized a courtesy car and other components that needed to be replaced on the new car. Mit Mak Motors workshop picked up that rear shocks and brakes needed to be replaced - and they replaced them. It's very rare to find a car dealership that will go this extra mile to ensure a car is 100%. Thank you Wesley.
