I would like to thank Sinethemba Mahokoto for her astonishing awesome service, she not only phoned me back after I dropped the call, but sorted out the mess that someone else at Discovery created. She took responsibility of the query, (unlike the rest of Discovery's staff and PSG brokers), and she resolved it within an hour.<br> <br> Make her a TL!
I have been trying to contact the customer care center for the past 2 weeks now, every time I phone there are high call volumes and I end up holding for 10 + minutes then i end the call. SO I decide to press the # key for a consultant to contact me back as advised by the voice prompts. This was 27 March 2015, I get a call on Saturday the 4th of APRIL!! I couldnt take the call, but the fact is that I was only contacted after a week?? where the call was supposed to have been made within 24 hours?? <br> <br> I have also sent numerous emails with NO reply till date??? <br> <br> I WANT TO KNOW THE FOLLOWING NOW!<br> <br> 1) Why was R 100 +- debited from my account then I am still in credit with +- R 400?<br> 2) When is my contract ending? <br> <br> Hopefully I wont have to wait another week to get a call or email...<br>
Once again my cell has been blocked, ( due to 'non payment\)
Worst service i ever experienced from a Spur, lack of.service, you have to guess who your waiter is, sit and wait 30 min for a simple filter coffee and then you dont even get sugar? Waiting a further hour for the food, and the waiter looks at you like you're supposed to serve him? Get your act together guys... This was my last visit to Spur
