This is the second time I have used Rock Solid Music to supply my musical needs. Marius and his team go out of their way to help and assist, and deliver a stellar service. He is still one of the few out there who have knowledge of what products/instruments they are selling, and can answer technical questions, which is refreshing. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Hi P&G team

This is not necessarily a complaint, rather something to investigate. I've bought a bottle of 2in1 Head and Shoulders shampoo/conditioner. With the first use, it felt that it didn't quite wash out, and trying to dry my hair, it felt sticky.

Tried it again, same story - made my husband test it too, and he said the same. Not sure what it is, but basically when your hair dries, it looks super dirty en sticky, had to wash our hair again with other products. The production code is as follows: ********** 750 L15 PROD 05/16

Not sure if you had similar complaints and if you could check what happened with this batch? It is currently on our shelf gathering dust.

I wish I could warn people about Cell C, especially the new add about paying you R10k to take over your contract. - don't do it, I won't even take R10k to stay on their network.

There is constant dropping of signal, internet/3G throttling, can hardly ever have more than a minute of constant service connection. If you are not in one of the major cities, you struggle...CONSTANTLY... my husband and I have almost given up trying to call each other these days.

I am not sure what is happening to their ever expanding signal towers, cause in the year and a half I had the contract, it gets worse... like the more people join the service provider, the more they throttle everybody. :( :(

Robertson and surrounds are a pain to live and work in with this service provider, seems that sometimes paying the extra buck makes a big difference when it comes to service stability.
We contacted Telkom to come out to a new-ish development/estate and put in a telephone line we can then use for ADSL. The initial assistance and time to come to site to investigate was surprisingly fast compared to what other residents said in the same estate.

Only to receive a call today to say sorry, there is no infrastructure to lay a line to our house - how is that the answer especially if other people in the estate got it right (after months of battling too)!! We are in the year 2015 and so far behind, I don't accept this as an answer, we will not be the only house in the estate requiring a telephone/ADSL line - there are other users already?!?!?!

Would appreciate feedback, thank you.
