I’m totally fed up with this company! Constant harassing of telephone calls for an ABSA credit card account for which I had an disability claim and which was excepted by ABSA. I was very surprised when the calls started which ended up in a daily harassment of up to 9 calls each day 6 days a week. I got a letter from ABSA informing me that my claim was excepted. This was the last communication I have received from them. Now I'm being harassed daily with phone calls from Daly Corp who also does not respond to emails sent to them! So it’s a like a tennis match trying to sort this out! And no one can explain where the amount they requesting is coming from! Somewhere along the line there's communication problems! It’s so frustrating they're quick to harass you but no one can explain anything to you! I have sent them several emails but I don’t get any response them! I’m currently refusing to communicate via phone due to the harassment and I have no proof for what is being said! I also receive a lot of sms's from them requesting payment and say if amount paid to ignore the email but the constantly Harassment continues. I have also being contacted by a second company for the so called outstanding debt. I don’t know how can a company like this makes use of a company like this
The staff at Bonitas queries and the finance departments are the most Incompetent persons there are by far. They close queries left right and centre without doing anything about it. They also have the cheek to mail you a link to Hello Peter to compliment the service
Online shopping is a complete nightmare at Makro's online store. At first you Cannot get delivery of the items which you have already paid for in spite of a confirmation email stating that the order is dispatched. Different excuses every time whenever someone call or mail you. Once you receive the item and you can't get the item to work as its supposed to your nightmare starts. You cannot get hold of the same person who made promises and then have to find that they have booked a courier service for collecting the item without any proof of refund or answers as when it can be expected.
Shocking service! I ordered a smart TV box online. My order arrived last week Friday after I had to struggle to get information from the customer service on when will the order be delivered as I was informed that the order was dispatched on the 25th of June and was the complete opposite to what I thought I ordered- I received a box with no loaded movie apps and those that were there was not working, I tried to resolve the issue with the customer service, but it was useless. I even tried to resolve the issue with Makro Bloemfontein, but because it was bought online they told me that they have no knowledge of the product nor can they test it as they don't have any WiFi! I have emailed numerous times with my reference number and no one who nows what is going on is getting back to me nor assisting me!!! The last mail I received I was informed that they have logged a collection of the product and still I have not been informed how it works, I have bought vouchers in the meantime while I was waiting for someone to get back to me and now it seems that I will lose the money.
Bonitas is one of the most Incompetent medical aid companies by far. Not only cant they answer the questions asked, but they closed the queries without answering the questions. They also don't want to pay back your money owed to you.
the service of Keyhealth medical aid is so terrible I don't know where to start, to write an email for management's attention is also no good as it ends up with the normal consultants who think they can tell you what they think. they also claim on their website that they will respond within 48 hours, what a lie. I am waiting now for close to six months for them to respond to my mails, every time you sent a mail you get an automated response of "we will get back to you shortly" what does this mean as they never respond to that mail. to call the call centre is even worse because you don't get the same person everytime
<p>I had locked several complaints for my washing masheen, dishwasher and tumble drieer since March to date. You receive an sms that your call has been locked and they will be in contact shortly. That is the last you hear from them, the next you hear they was at your house or are standing by the gate. The Bloemfontein branch technician is useless and keep on damaging your masjeen and then tell that it was like that. I had called their customer care line so many times that they know me by the name. In spite all of these effords and hundreds of rands phone expenses is my stuff not working 100% please be aware before you do bussiness with them</p>
<p>Na my Tv stel onherstelbaar geraak het jare gelede is dit n frustrasie en tydmors om met SAUK kliëntediensafdeling te probeer kommunikeer. Die hordes kere wat ek hul gekontak het, het elke konseltant my gevra on WEER die nodige dokumentasie te stuur. Ek het selfs die dokumente vir die prokureur gestuur wat my gekontak het nadat die sauk my by hulle oorhandig het, waarna ek niks weer gehoor het tot so 2 jaar gelede. Al wat ek versoek is dat my lisensie vir eens en altyd gekanselleer word. Ek het tot bewys gelewer dat my ma op daai stadium by my kom bly het en ons van haar tv gebruik gemaak het waarvoor sy 'n geldige lisensie gehad het tot en met haar afsterwe in 2008 waarna ek die nodige dokumente aan die sauk gestuur het om haar lisensie te kanselleer wat nodeloos is om te se ook onsuksesvol was. My vrou het toe die tv oorgeneem het en selfs n afskrif van haar tv lisensie vir hul gestuur maar nie eens dit het enige inpak gemaak nie. Wat meer moet n mens doen?????????? Nou word my vrou geteroriseer en ons met prokureurs en die swartlys gedreig indien ek nie onmiddelik die lisensie betaal nie.</p>
<p>Please be aware that Loots Plumbers in Bloemfontein deliver a service of a very poor standard, not only are their rates high, but the service you receive is way below standard. to complain at the office doesnt help at all as they never come back to you. i have been refered to Armand who is the owner and again just promises to look into the problem.</p>
