My nephew has been ****med by homechioce; he app**** for a job at real only for him to not get a job because thry say he is owing homechoice when he never ever boaght anything from homechoice SANDILE JUSTICE ZIQUBUsometime ago he lost his id he reported the incident has an affidavit from that year whn he lost his id probbly whoever found it did some ***** now he has to suffer even though he has a proof that he lost his id an reported at the police still they wont clear his name how can he pay for sumthing he ddn't take on credit; he's been up and down with no assisstance now he lost on a job opportnity bcos of that
I cant believe im on discovery yet again the service we get from their consultant is really misleading; i want to cancel en get my ×2 premium due to the wrong info i got from their consultant when i joined this is really fustrating
Homechoice is saying my nephew owes them money but the truth is my nephew never had homechoice account ; he never took anything on credit with them; he lost his id few years back did affidavit en kept it; he only realise dt he is owing home choice whn he got a job opportunity they had to do his credit check/score ; he has been to homechoice explaining he never took anything from them on credit we are assuming whoever took his id maybe is the one dt used it at homechoice; the thing is he kept dt affidavit he's been up en down trying to clear his name with no vail; he is loosing ds job opportunity for something he ddn't do; they make him go up en down en using money he doesn't have; surely since he kept the affidarvit they should be able to help him clear his name; ds is very upseting cos he is loosing ds job opportunity for something he knows NOTHING about CAN HOMECHOICE PLEASE CLEAR HIS NAME
Wr went at the views @25 Durba on the 12th of july we were told there is a special R250 for bottomless mimosa; pkater for 1 comes with hubbly; 2 watresses told the same thing; we were 8 so we supposed to get 8 hubbles we told the watress please bring 2 at a time she said OK bt she broafht 1 and kept on ignoring us when we kept on saying bring more hubbles she kept on saying OK bt she didnt bring them; eventually the 1 we had ran out and we still kept on asking where are the hubbles we were told per platter she said no its per table; bt how whn al the time we asked you kept on saying its coming; the manager came and said watress made a mistake its oer table en apologised bt i said its fine we eccept the apology bt as we told by 2 ppl that we are gona get 8 hubbles en we kept on asking she said she will bring up until she brought u how are u comlansating us; she was so rude she definately does not know the word CUSTOMER SERVICEZ; they stopped bring the mimosa that they said its bottomless; eventual after long she brought mimosas en **** me feel bad about asking her how is she compatating us and said i shouldn't talk like that as a customer i had the right to ask her dt we had a heated agunent that she was wrong bt eventualy i had to apologised for standing my ground as a custome; mimosas had no bubles looked like it was a punch with oros; food was very cold I can never go back there manager has a stinking atitude she needs go learn CUSTOMER SERVICE cos she doesn't even know what it means
Im banking with FNB for years,i'v been their loyal client for a very long time,i had a revolving loan with them ,it heppened that i went on debts revew without my knowlegde i had to change my bank account,whoever helped me with my acountwhen i asked will FNB be able to deduct for their revolving loan i was told YES AS YOU BANK WITH FNB THEY WILL DEDUCT ON YO KNEW ACCOUNT,bt it heppened that tgey ddnt,and my account went onto areas eventually it was handed over to BLAKE AND ASSOCIATES,made arrangement with BAKE to pay i did inform them i want to settle the account,i was given the axact amount to pay and i paid,unfortunately i still kept on getting the annoying calls from BLAKE to settle my account,of which i kept on telling then same thing that i have settled my account and eventual a guy said SORRY we will make sure you get a letter from FNB that states my account has been settled,but im still being harrased by BLAKE calling me everyday regarding this account ,the last person called me today said my account isn't in order when im telling her its orobbly been a month since i settled that account ,i want to know HOW IS MY ACCOUNT NOT IN ORDER WHEN I WAS TOLD BY A MEMBER OF BLAKE THE EXACT AMOUNT I NEEDED TO PAY AND I DID JUST THAT,im now waiting for a letter that my account is paid up up but now im being told ITS NOT IN ORDER,WHATS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN? May be its time to leave FNB cos i cant be harrased everyday for the money i paid
Weekend of the 1st November 2024 we went for a vacation to Port Edward,checked out on the 3rd of November, we stayed in a self catering house of which was beautiful and we loved it ,except that the fact that we were booking a pool house and there was no pool anyway its fine.Than Tuesday i after we came back i got a call from the lady i think she runs the estate,she needed a review and also said few items were missing in the house,of which she told me what it was and told me where to drop it off if i found them,from the items she told me about only a glass soap dispencer bottle that i know about that broke from a friend while she was taking a shower and also 1 plastic container,and the rest i spoke to the girlies of which they are my sisters and friends i'v know for a very long tome,the only thing they spoke about was the towel that they said 2 of them were taken to the beach and i thoaght maybe 1 of them did not come back,as is now my sister confirms that both towels that went to the beach came back,now im tpld to pay for 3 plastic containers R650,towel R150,soap dispencer R95,im tellung them i know about 1 plastic container en a soap dispencer dt broke we are willing to buy or pay for them but not things that we did not take from the house now im being threatened to pay for them or otherwise she is gona sort it out the other way of which i dont know what is that other way.im definately going to open a ***** case if ever my money disappears in the bank due to those items,i know the items that we should be paying for and we did not refuse to pay for them, we are not ******* we were not gona travel from Durban all the way to Port edward just to ***** plastic containers ,we are decent ladies working have professions and she is accusing us of *****ING if we are telling her we know notjing about those other items she claims are missing the house,im asked her did she even check with her house keeper because we are not prepared to pay for things we did not take,if we were ******* will we agree to pay for those other 2 items we know about and not pay for the rest,ay come on WHY AFRICAN ARE ALWAYS ACCOSSIATED WITH THEFT,we are telling her we dont know about those items but she is threatning me WHAT A HORRIBLE HARRASMENT AFTER SPENDING THE WEEKEND THERE,she better try me as she is threatning me about items we dont know about,we'v known each ther for years with other girlies every year we go 4 a vacation not once did we ***** items from selft catering that does not belong to us,and were not gona start at caribean estate
When will discovery health practice what they preach when one is registered on their ART PROGRAMME,im tired of paying things that discovery is promised to pay for when it comes to egg doner ,drs visits,scans,bloods ects,i foned discovery prior to donor drs visits was assured that they will pay since im registed on ART bt still no payment,if they have INFERTILE WOMEN surely they will understand how this is stressfull ontop of that i have to pay drs fees which i did call prior to visits and was assured that they definately pay for donoras well but it has been the ongoing struggle that i pay everything from my pocket,im now physically,emotionally and financially drained and exausted regarding all this cos they never pay
I was contacted by a lady and gave me all wrong information inspite of me telling her i dont need to agree to anything she says as am about to get a loan to pay for my IVF as i need to pay unfront and my medical aid will cover 75% after i'v paid and im already started with the progranme,being a woman who is sitting in her house with her own kids continued to give me wrong info so i wuold agree to what she was saying,they than flaged my name now when im telling them please reverse that agreement cos 1st i sold wrong info and my loan of ICF isn't approved they told me to get a lawyer to unflaged my name i dont have a lot of debts and i can manage my debts ,they are the 0nes who flaged me now where they think i'l get money for an attorney to unflaged me so i can get a loan ,now they playing hide and seek the guy by the name of KISSOON also involved in this he is the only 1 i know the name out of all people i spoke with thats how ***** they are,its so infair that i mentioned my plans to get a loan to give it a last try so i can be a mother,nothing is easy with me i know but i never asked to be infertile
Yet im here again writting regarding discovery medical aid;or shall i say their consultant that are unrialable I was making enquiry regarding me changing to another plan so discovery can be able to pay for IVF treatment;im 42years yet to be 43 in august;according to my understanding i can IVF as im planning to start in January;so i spoke to Jacqouline;she said she was gona escalate my question if i can stil do it before cut off of my time which will be August 2023 when im turning 43 years;from the other week im still waiting for her response;i have called her back twice and she ssid she will get back to me;still no response and i need to return the form to my employer ASAP that state that im going to change to another plan in january.This is very draining and fustrating its not my fault that that i cant concieve naturally ;in my life i'v tried all but my hope is in this 8 months period that i feel its also gona pass me by since i dont get any feedback;im writting in tears because noone can understand the pain athat INFERTILE WOMEN go through;im willing to try and hoping for the best since im planning to use egg donor from my little sister in this 8 months ;IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK ???????
As i write this review with tears in my eyes,heres my story 13 March last year i was involved in a bad car accident,head on collission while trying to escape car hijacking.There was 4 of us in the car,2 friends(sisters of 1 family)and my little sister,by the grace of GOD we survived,our 2 friends had minor injuries,me and my sister had bad injuries my sister had worse injuries,she was sitting at the passenger seat just behind me,when 2 cars colided my seat moved back to hit her face sustained facial injuries,jaw fractured,lost 6 front teeth,she was transported to the nearest necare hospital as she workes for netcare,that was St Augastines hospital,she was treated by maxillo facial Dr,went to theatre as she had a jaw fracture,she went to theatre twice,the plan was that after the bone heals,she was going to start the process of fitting dantures,than have implants, but dt took forever,she had to go back to work with the gap in the front as she lost 6 front teeth.I was still healing myself and the pyschological damage was too much but i had to be the big sister and comfort her as she fell deep into DEPRESSION,LOW SELF ESTEEM,CRYING ALMOST EVERYDAY,eventually she got the dantures,when the time came for her to do the implants the medical aid told her she needed to have a co payment of about R20 000,which i failed to understand as it was not the cosmetic surgery she had to do it because she was involve in a car accident,the Dr tried to motivate for her but all that failed,we did not have R20 000 for payment,she foned medical aid back and forth and eventually gave up☹️.My sister is not the same since the accident,she has a low self esteem,she is not the happy and bubbly person as she used to be,there are things that she struggles to eat with these dantures,she does not visit anyone for stay over as she has to remove dantures at night,also hardly go out,she is young she can not live her life like that with the dantures affecting her everyday life.I still fail to understand why netcare/discovery medical aid fail to cover her teeth implants procedure,WORSE SHE IS THEIR STAFF AS SHE WORKES FOR NETCARE.IS THIS THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR STUFF MEMBERS?HOW PATHETIC☹️☹️☹️
