I am Sick and I am Tired of being Harassed by this Company, who feel that you are Obliged to take their Marketing Calls at your place of employment. I have continuously told them I am not in a position to take these marketing calls at my office, however they will continue to phone and demand you speak to them. I never signed up for these Marketing calls, or even tried approaching them for their services. Companies like this should be Banned from harassing people whenever they please for Business!!!! Enough is Enough, stop Calling me and harassing me for Business with your Stupid Marketing Calls!!!!
FNB - Easy to take your Money from your Bank Account, Difficult to address your queries and give you feedback on matters you need assistance on most urgently. I am definitely looking at changing my Bank after this experience. Bad Bad Bad Service
On Saturday 26 May 2018, Myself and a Family Member popped into Game Stores Carnival Mall, to purchase a Vacuum Cleaner for the House, as the Bennetts one we had for the past 2 years had given in. Not to mention that the Sales People were no where to be found in the store at that specific division. Once a Sales Person was Located, he tried and tried to persuade us to rather buy a more expensive brand, although we had explained what we wanted and what we budgeted for. This whole Scenario took an extra + - 15 Minutes from our Time. I also have a serious Foot Injury, so wanted to get done and out there soonest. Once at the Till point, the Gift card, to the Value of R150.00 would not work. They had to phone in and get a reference number, before it would actually load. Now lastly, appears the Hoover machine on special currently for R799.99 isn't in a proper working condition, and seems to be junk that has fallen off a shelf or truck. The Clip is broken, and the Pipe fell apart when we started using it yesterday. Game Stores, are you putting stock on sale to get rid of the Bad Product, and what about the way your Staff in your stores approach their Customers.
My Bank Account has been Debited on several Occasions by LegalEye. Then I receive a whole lot of messages sent to my phone about my Membership. How can any person have a Membership with a company they know nothing about? When you try and phone the numbers provided on the sms sent, the numbers are Invalid! I will from now on reverse every Debit Order from my Bank Account, as I am not willing to pay for a Membership I know nothing about, and gave no consent for either!!!! Angry is an Understatement
Billed for your DATA, Pay for your DATA, No DATA Bundles received!!!<br> Try and lodge a complain, and they will tell you its Open and Active on their system.<br> If this is the case, why do we as customers not receive these DATA Bundles as we are gladly billed for them?<br> Advise to fellow customers, take your business somewhere else.<br> Get told we will escalate the matter, and can only wait.<br> In all fairness, if you pay for a service, and the service is not rendered, why pay them at all?<br>
Really disappointing service from PNA Mall @ Carnival.<br> We are standing @ the 15th of February 2016, and still no Text Books for my son.<br> Of course the 50% deposit is payable up front, and every follow up we do, it is stated that they are waiting on their Suppliers.<br> No regular feedback on how far our Order is, and when we can expect the order for our son.<br> How are our Children suppose to perform and get an education, when they don't have the relevant books to support their work?<br> I will never again place an order through PNA if this is what we will have to tolerate.<br> Some feedback from the Branch would be great, or even better, having the Text books ready even better.
