Failing to provide students with exam results
I am extremely disappointed with the poor service received from MANCOSA. My fees were paid in full through a bursary in February last year, yet to date I have still not received my examination results. Despite following up, there has been no proper assistance or urgency shown in resolving the matter. It is very frustrating and unfair for students to experience such delays after meeting all financial obligations. I expected better communication, professionalism, and support from the institution. I hope this matter can finally be resolved as soon as possible.

****ming and robbing clients Query Regarding Unauthorized Transaction and Immediate Action Required
FNB (First National Bank) I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to raise a concern regarding an unauthorized transaction on my bank account and to request immediate action. On 21 may 2024, an amount of R90.00 was debited from my account for item paid no funds. I did not authorize or attempt to make this payment. Despite having sufficient funds in my account, I am concerned about the security of my account and the reason for this unauthorized transaction. I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter to identify the cause of the unauthorized transaction and to ensure the security of my account. Additionally, I would like to request a full refund of the debited amount. Furthermore, I instruct the bank to cease any and all transaction activities on my account, including but not limited to any attempts to withdraw funds claiming "item paid no funds," until this issue is resolved. Please let me know if there are any additional details you require from me to expedite this process. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your swift resolution. Best regards Phillip Kganyago ***

Bring back my money
Good day Everyone I'm unhappy with FNB bank the way they **** their customers hard earned money, I'm struggling with FNB every time I get a new card, they always deduct money from my account named #Item Paid NO Funds and by that time I have money in my account, How can you deduct a total of R2935,00 and claim customer didn't have funds in his bank account and they are taking it. I always become a Victim when I get a new card. I am writing this review on Hellopeter because I politely tried to address this issue with them and nothing has happened till to date, they only gave me a reference number, *** assisted by Nelly but now I see He/she was just trying to get rid off me. So, I Plea with FNB to reverse my money and remove the so-called tolerance limit on my account/ card and now I'm using a temporary card even the card that I'm still waiting for must not have that tolerance nonsense. Now I am fed-up with the conduct FNB does to the customers. this is a total clear **** you can't do that to the poor people. I FNB think we are not checking our statements regularly they must think again we do. So FNB bank please refund my money back in my account please.

Item paid No funds ****.
On the 08th of June I requested FNB to remove the so-called tolerance limit on my account and I was assisted by Limpho and told me it was successfully removed due to them claiming that if there are no funds in my account, they pay for me of which it's a total lie because when I don't have money in my account my card declines and they charge me R8,00 but because I had money my card didn't decline. So now they just charged me R135.00 claiming that its item paid no funds how is that possible coz I checked my bank balance before I made a transaction. So today I enquire about this item paid no funds knowing that it has been removed I'm assisted by Maria she is making me a fool, I'm not mad and I'm not an armature who you can just tell me nonsense information and I let it go. SO, my point is FNB is ****ming its clients' money by the name of Item paid no funds and they are taking a lot of money from innocent people I am a victim and I enquired about it before it was not happening anymore but today, they took a chance again. that is why i brought this matter forward to alert more people. Here is my reference number FNB R*** I want my money refunded in my account.

Unfair business practise
I am being exploited by FNB, It is refusing me my right to informed choices according to my individual wishes and needs. I have requested FNB to downgrade my account type from Private client to Gold cheque account on the 04th of March 20201 Reference number: CAS-***-S9Y0H5 and I was told to downgrade it take 7-14 working days but till to date that has not been done FNB continues to charge me monthly account fee of private client account holders based on the consumer protection act 68 of 2008 this is an unconscionable conduct section 40. So please FNB assist me as I requested.

Directaxis scamming costumers
I have settled the balance on my account Feb 2021 but DirectAxis still debited me in March 2021, I've called multiple times with either no answer, being placed on hold or the call gets dropped. All the "useful" links on their website is "under maintenance". I've sent proof of payment through, but no response. Directaxis did not close my account, it is still open, really frustrating!

Refusal to link my number to my new contract
My name is Puleng Elizabeth Kganyago . I took a cellphone contract with Vodacom last week and received my package yesterday the 1st February 2021. in the package there was a cellphone and a sim card. So I want Vodacom to link my current Vodacom number to my contract so that I do not change my number and receive airtime on my current contact number to my surprise Vodacom say my request is not possible but on my husband cellphone contract it was possible. I feel like the consultant I poke with was not on the mood to assist me, just wanted to get rid of me. Nothing is impossible. So my plea to Vodacom is that please help link my current contact number to the contract I took with you.

Overcharged interest rate
FNB Accidentally sent me someone else home loan account statement account number: *** which raised concerns to me when I noticed that these person is being charged 9.90% interest rate and I'm charged 12.25% interest rate on my home loan. I called FNB for explanation but they didn't give me answers. Where as from February I was charged 13% interest rate when I called and asked why the consultant told me they don't want me to be in arrears it didn't make sense but since it was my first time to take a home loan I kept quite. But since I've seen that other person's statement I've noticed that FNB is ripping me off. And its illegal also to charge interest rate in advance according to the usury act. So would like FNB to be fair and treat its customers the equal please reduce my interest rate to 9.90%. These whole thing proves that Emerald van Zyl was correct about the whole allegations he made about fnb mortgage bonds.
