I lodged a claim for damaged incurred after a home invasion that took place on 19/11/24, with both incident and claim lodging taking place on this date. To date (21/11/24), 48 hours later, I have not heard a single word nor received any contact from this insurer and I clearly emphasised the urgency given the vulnerable state the damages have left the property in. I've had to take matters into my own hands for certain aspects of the damages to reduce the risk of more break in, solely due to the unacceptably slow nature of this insurers response to this claim. I've previously sang the praises of this insurer given previous claims experience, but this is by far the worst experienced I've had, not just from this insurer, but from all insurers I have ever dealt with. The claim is still in process and there is still an opportunity for this to be rectified, but until then, 1 star I would still consider "generous".
I placed an order on the 3rd December 2023 and to date (22/12/2023) I have still not received the shoes, not even a delivery tracking number. After my first email replay I received from them, which based on other reviews seems to be a generic email, they have also stopped replying to email or Instagram messaging. Their website promises delivery before a certain date but it is a COMPLETE LIE as they haven't even honoured orders from Black Friday yet, which is even before my order was placed. I have since advised a lot family and friends of mine who are itching to order their shoes, to hold off on ordering until/if my shoes arrive. I would strongly advise others to do the same.
I recently opened up an ABSA bank account with the intention of moving from FNB to ABSA, due to a recent home loan being granted by ABSA and my intention to manage my profile in a similar fashion as I've been doing on FNB. This has brought nothing but frustration thus far. From internet/cellphone banking to telephone support, ABSA fall well short of my FNB "benchmark", so I thought it fit to alert others, and to current FNB customers: DO NOT MOVE! This was an eye opener for me, showing how advanced FNB truly are in the digital banking space. FNB is just amazing and I really wished my home loans were with FNB as my life would just be so much simpler.
Never before have I had a consultant put the phone down on me while I was explaining my issues, but today that changed when calling ABSA Online Banking. The consultant was rude from the beginning after I suggested the process for resetting my pin is simply not working as explained. He instead proceeded to first tell me to "try again" and then the phone call ended. I'm a fairly new (less than one year) customer, after having moved all my debits and salary from FNB. I am so glad I opted to keep that FNB account open as I might need to go through the admin of moving everything back, as my experience with ABSA has been nothing but frustration. Not a single aspect of ABSA outperforms FNB. ABSA's online banking and cellphone banking in particular are well below "par", especially if moving from FNB. I was willing to persist but after today's experience with the telephone consultant, I not so sure.
Perfect place for the whole family and is very well maintained and clean. Definitely on par with some of the amazing aquariums I've visited in USA.
This is one of the best, if not THE BEST little kids indoor play centre. Spacious inside and tightly access controlled to all play sections which gives peace of mind that your kids are safe. All play areas have walkways around and between them so you can have visibility of your kids at all times, should you wish to. Then there's a Knead inside as well with good coffee and snacks, so you can literally spend HOURS having fun at Ipic!
Always enjoy a drive out to visit this store, as they usually have stock of most items one needs and in store customer service is very warm, making you feel right at home. Also, you're very likely to find a great deal at Bike Addict.
Don't let the location or size of store fool you, you will receive top quality customer service and great deals. One of the few stores where it is a 100% guarantee that I'll walk out with what I need or came looking for.
I wish other stores that offer/manage their online aspects of their business could learn from this store. What you see online is 100% aligned with what is actually in store, i.e. if an item in a particular size shows "in stock", its actually in stock. This seems like it should be an expected standard but this is the first store I've encountered in recent times that gets this 100% right. Then in store staff are amazing and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is a 10/10 store in all aspects.
What an awesome company to work with! The swift handling and communication of your order, to lighting delivery, just top notch. Very highly recommended from my side! For another recent order, the order was placed late on Friday, then is delivered on the following Monday morning. You simply cannot beat that level of service. Also, what has made me lifelong customer of theirs, is that they are so professional that they treat all orders, big or (very) small, with the same level service and commitment. We need more companies to follow the example set by MiFitness.
