Horrible experience 🥴 I did an online purchase a week and half ago. Till date nothing happened and I have to keep calling them and findout what is happening, they said they are waiting on stock. But everytime I have to keep calling to ask. They should have not advised the item online if it’s not available and stop giving me a run around
Builders Warehouse in Eidenvale. There is a guy who is supposedly is a manager by the name of Joseph. Worst service ever from what you would expect from a manager. Not interested at all, gives attitude, no willingness to assist. They should make the guy on the floor bra Willy the manager. Sies giving the rest of the staff bad reputation because of one person who thinks he owns the company

They are a big ****. After payment, they will ghost you, read your dms and continue posting on their page as if Nothing happened. Also beware, they have changed their name to “the_luxuryhair_studio” now. Their following on IG keeps increasing and that makes them seem legit, but apparently they buy all these bot followers
Hair Kingdom is the pits! They are so unprofessional. You purchase but never get the actual hair you bought. I bought twice by them and both times I wasn't happy. I bought a 24" inch Peruvian in December last year, it was nothing like they had advertised. Instead it looked like a 18" and the density horrible very thin. But I don't know what made me go back. Than I bought Peruvian straight 26" , gues what? This Time it is was worse, they sent exactly the same hair from the previous year saying it will straighten up imagine. I'm so disgusted and disappointed. What a waste of my money. And they will keep coming up with weak excuses. I had to send the hair back (with my money) for an exchange. The exchange was for 16" deepwave that they advertised, but instead I got probably thats a 12 inch and they probably just used 1 bundle for the hair as there is no volume at all. All the wigs I ordered from them are nothing close to what they had advertised. I was so defeated I just stopped following them on Instagram and blocked them from my WhatsApp with their stupid ads, cz clearly they don't respect their clients as they kept denying when I sent them the pictures as proof everytime. If you are not an influencer, dont buy from these crooks. If I could, I could give them a minus on these stars, they don't even deserve a star, not even 1! These pictures don't even do justice
<p> I made an order than a second later I asked the waitress if it was fine to change it since they hadnt processed it yet. Everything was fine until a rude unmannered guy asked in a sarcastic way whether or not I was 100% sure about the order cause he doesnt want to waste " his rolls". I asked if there was a problem if i changed my order than he again with a smurk on his face said I just need to be sure about the order as he dont want to waste. To my amazement this guy was actually the manager by the name of Quintun. The manner in which he spoke to me was very disrepctfull until he saw I was serious about the client service he was giving, because he had no businesse to ask that question as if im not a paying customer, secondly the way he was talking back shows how little he knows about client service by tring to be-little or undermine paying clients. Some people need to know that clients are always right or he still needs to go back to training when it comes to his field. The rest of his staff can teach him a thing or two..</p>
