I have been going to the branch in Brooklyn for a while Sunday I had booked a appointment for my mom she got food poisoning. We advised the WhatsApp group she needs to move the appointment and I was met with rude and personal slander and comments. I do agree with the other 2 reviews this place is disgraceful and I thought because they cheaper it was not a big issue but my nails have been breaking even with the product on and always happens. I am just told all the ladies know what they doing.... So I would be careful of going to them, I know I wont EVER go back! They dont even deserve 1 star

WORST Service Provider EVER
They dont even deserve a star! The most horrific experience I was with another company and I never had to first do all the work before I was able to take my car in for a service with MVIA its first get a quote then take pictures then do this and then that and then write a essay about why you need a service...... I signed a 3 year contract and I wish I could cancel my policy with immidiate effect! I missed one payment and MVIA didnt inform me or call to make a payment arrangement the email they sent is so misleading and now when I explaine the content of their mail to them and they can see they have messed up, they throw their hands in the air and say well that is sad but it not our problem! I am ever so sorry I moved to them and warn ALL people to stay away rather go elsewhere even if it cost more because at the end of the day all the airtime and data you will waste on MVIA to get something done will make up for the price you pay.

Disgusted - Private Healthcare at its worst!!
My son is 11 months old and was vommiting for 2 days. I took him to the EMERGENCY unit emphasis on Emergency! Waited 2 hours and when we got seen was told to let him vommit but not stop feeding or giving him formula. Now I am no dr but surely that would have lead to dehydration?! I was so upset they sent us home bit not before running a swine flu test. Told us to call back the following day at 12. I did this the person asked for his ID number which i provided but they called back to tell me they cant pick him up with his ID number they need his name i should understand they have alot of kids that came in with ID numbers??? Needless to say i am still waiting for the reults and think should you have to go thhere with a emergency you wont be making it home! Disgusting
