I was referred through to Grorap after an accident. They were super efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. They met all timeframes and were friendly when I interacted with them. They went out of their way to make sure I got my car back as quickly as possible. Thank you
I received an SMS message with policy information earlier on today. Yet I have never heard of your organization, never requested for a retrenchment policy with any other institution and certainly NEVER gave you any of per personal details. I called your call centre, where your agent asked me to confirm my personal details. I would like to remind you of a little act called POPI. I have not provided you with ANY of my details. I refuse to confirm my personal details that you should NOT have on your system. So naturally your agent refused to help me. Somehow tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong. I was then asked to email you and get feedback in the next 48 hours. Again I would like to make this very clear, I have never heard of you, I have not requested for a retrenchment policy and I have provided you with NONE of my personal details. Revert immediately with feedback on where you got my details from and I really hope for your sake that you do not try and take money out of my account, for a policy I did not request from a company I have never heard of. Fraudulent Policy number: 016750000010
My account was wrongfully handed over to SSDA my Ngwathe Municipality . I contacted SSDA the second I got my first SMS to explain to them what had happened. I was paying the account off in installments and the account was 1 installment away from being paid up. The account has since been cleared. I have explained this to 10 staff members at SSDA. I have emailed the updated account and proof of payments to Zanele Nxumalo, [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] Still I receive constant calls trying to collect the money. I understand the fault initially was with Ngwate wrongly handing me over. However, since then I have proved that this account is paid up. Explained it over and over to your staff who keep telling me that everything is on the system and they've pinned my account and that I won't get any more calls as I have proved that the account is paid up. Your website paints the picture that your organisation is professional and that you provide excellent client service. I have experienced neither of these things. I am begging you to please stop passing the buck that the other departments aren't updating you. I have done as you asked. Please do your jobs and stop harassing me!
On Saturday the 31.01.2015 we went to Style Kidz at Chilli Lane to get our baby's haircut. We did not have an appointment but then when we arrived the shop was empty. We enquired if they would be able to assist us. To our disgust the lady advised us with a smile that they can't do Caucasian hair and turned us away. So just to be clear my child was turned away because of the colour of her skin. Now firstly, we live in the New South Africa where we are all equal and have the same rights. How dare any organisation feel it's acceptable to not ONLY turn business away but discriminate towards their patrons? There were no signs that indicated this was an African salon only! Why would they put their salon in a situation where there is not a staff member who could do more than 1 cultures hair when it's not advertised as specialised services. I find the situation abhorrent. I have no problem with organisations offering specialised services. Ensure that you advertise it as such. We should no longer be dealing with such discrimination in any situation. I am sure none of the staff or managers in that store would stand for it if they were treated this way!
