I just want to once again complain about the same thing that a lot of people have issues with and state that this is ******* from what absa collections do. IT IS ******* THAT ABSA TAKE MONEY WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT TO SETTLE ANY OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS ON THEIR BOOKS. THIS THEY CALL RCCS JOURNO DEBIT. If they do it you can either complain by the ombudsman because like me I have still not received my RCCS journo debit owed. Not only am I going to take them to the ombudsman I will make a civil case against them to. I am sharing this with you because I am tired of big companies doing whatever they want to us normal people.
Morning I would like to complain about the RCCS JOURNO DEBITS that ABSA take from your account without your permission. This is ******* and ABSA may not take money from my account
I placed an order before 6 this morning. My order was cancelled due to the fact that they couldn't reach me still to this time my money has not been refunded. First I was told that is processed and will take 30min that was more than an hour ago. Then it was the operations team. I need that money to reorder my good ASAP this is no cart more than one cart
I placed an online order end of October. On the 13 it was collected by fastway and till today it's still in their possession. I had no communication with them just to find out that is was misdirected to another province. This is pathetic
