I would like to know why Spur Steak Ranches do not cater for diabetic customers in terms of a sugar free drink with the pensioners menu. There is only sugar options available, and they refuse to change the sugar option with a sugar free one. They went to the nearest Checkers to purchase a 2liter sugar free Coke, while they do have sugar free tins of Coke in the restaurant . Surely most people that qualify for the pensioners menu are probably diabetic? Cant they change the rules? Every time it is an issue with the manager getting involved ?

At a pre wedding dinner on Friday 25th October, at The Plot ń Plow restaurant, a wedding guest requested a pizza without pork as his wife is allergic to pork. He was told that no prior arrangements were made for any pizzas without pork. He had no problem with the situation , and decided to purchase a pizza without pork. He did so, but after waiting a long time he went to enquire about the whereabouts of the pizza. It was found left on a counter, already cold. When he asked for the pizza to be reheated, he was told by the manager/owner to “stop whining” and if he was unhappy he should go outside with the manager/owner to settle the matter. He was also lightly slapped in the stomach area by the manager/owner. The guest took the cold pizza and left it as he did not want to cause any embarrassment to the groom and bride. Such behavior is totally unacceptable. The manager/owner was rude and arrogant. What a disgrace!!!
My son who is a graduate adult with permanent employment with a good salary, far above their minimum requirement, 26 years old with no other debt, a clean and good credit record and a very good score, was declined by Woolworths when trying to open an account. He went to a branch with all his required documents, but was informed that his application was declined. No reason was offered. Even when he tried the online application he was declined. When he phoned them they could not give him a reason… but told him to wait a month? Why ?
I has the worst experience with Builders Warehouse! I bought a fridge online, and has made special arrangements that the fridge must be delivered to my new address on Monday. It is now Wednesday evening and i still have not received my fridge. Every day they have excuses and i am fed up with their pathetic service. I will never use them again

I bought an appliance from the Clicks online website. I made my payment and was informed that the product would be delivered shortly. But the next day i was informed that the product was suddenly no longer available, and i would be refunded via my Club card. I immediately requested to be refunded using my FNB account from which the payment was made. Its been almost a week, i have sent 4 emails and have called them! Ii have not received the refund, or any communication from Clicks. This is not acceptable, their online website is clearly not up to date, and their client support non existent. What can i
I would like to recommend Dermexcel . I have completed my free skin analysis on Thursday, made my online purchase late that afternoon, and by Friday afternoon delivery was made to my door. All products were neatly packed and i have even received a free gift. Very quick and professional service!
I am being harassed by Shapiro Shaik Defries & Assciates. I had an outstanding account at Edgars, which i have paid, and i have sent proof of payment to them. I have received an email from them the next day, that they have received my payment and will send my PAID UP letter within 21 days. Now i am receiving a call from them every single day, telling me there is still an amount outstanding? Are they just plain crooks or attorneys?
I was contacted by Shapiro Shaik and Defries and Associates regarding an Edgars account that was in arrears. At first everything seemed fine, they requested a payment, and offered me a discount if i settled the account. The amount was repeated 3 times by the lady working for SSDA. I made sure that it was the FULL AND FINAL payment and my account would be paid up. Tge next day i made the payment of the requested amount, i sent them proof of payment. They responded by confirming my payment, and told me my PAID UP letter would be issued in 21 days. Only a week later, the phone calls started …. The discounted amount was incorrect , i still owe an amount on my account ect. Unbelievable! The most incompetent bunch of people! How can attorney’s be this bad?
