I am Mr. JS Jacobs and just had the rudest, clueless manager deal with me at Steers Montague Gardens. I had a complaint that my burger was undercooked and raw, and he said it was not. When I ordered, I asked for a well-done burger, not the white-ish pink thing I was served. He (Yonathi) verbally disagreed with me and said it was cooked. I took pictures to show that it wasn't. He then refused to cook it further for me or refund me; he just rudely walked away. I then told him that I was going to complain about this, and he said he didn't care. I couldn't believe the arrogance of this so-called manager. What sort of manager is this? What sort of disrespectful service is this? He must be removed from manager duties as his attitude is very bad. Nancy is excellent; I eat there a lot and she makes sure I get my burger well done. This is the second time he has been rude and arrogant. Make Nancy the manager; better plan. I wish for you to follow up on this to add to his arrogant record. unf i my books the billing dept/accounts really disappoint and r totally incompatant...for 4 months over and over they fail to allocate my eft payment immediate release to them then they cut me off very quickly EVEN fter i send the proof to them when BY THE WAY is almost impossible cause your email creates a stupid ticket and thats it u cant add any proof u have paid to rsaweb with out weeks and weeks of them refusing to help u as they incompetant of capturing my payment and logging me on their saystem as paid so i get hunderds of threatening mails and sms we going to cut u off due to no payment finally told them to F ...OFF AFTER PHONING waiting an hour or more on ph I CANCELLED ..AND EVEN WHEN I DID A DEBIT ORDER WITH THEM ON PUBLIC HOLIDAY OR WEEKEND OR SIM they would debit on wrong day repeadidly and my d.o would bounce so hence my eft immediate payment but guys just be weary of them i9n my own opinion..my buisness and wifes buisness also cxd with rsa web......
Hi RSA web owes me a refund of R800 and over 17 days now since 31 may haven't paid and keep efing me around I have provided them with 14 emails with proof of my EFT by error and they keep saying yes we have sent it forward for payment but f..all done.....they keep delaying hoping ILL Forget about it ...their billing dept is useless and pathetic they take money super quick from U..........now I have handed them over to my lawyer let him pH them and shame them.i have cxd with them......I am disgusted with service over 3 yrs of being with them.their prices also overshot the moon.....goodbye and good riddance..... .
Hi we were there last night all 6 of us and it was sooo disgusting all round.. Firstly this buis makes 500k pm min I've been coming there for 45 yrs so I know... We had loadshedding from 8pm on Dec 19th 2022...u want to tell me a place so famous has no generator... BELIEVE ME THEY CAN AFFORD IT PLUS SOLAR INVERTOTLR... we were served cold soles x 3 portions.. 2 cold fillets.... No bread etc.... Etc..... IT WAS DISGUSTING THEN OUR WAITER WANTED THE TIp OF R450 IN CASH.... F.. CHEEK... we were so embarrassed in front of our new York guests..... So bad food bad service **** ambiance no gas burners to warm our food... Few thousand bucks bill very forward waiter.... **** all round well done LA Perla.....
They lie to a person saying unlimited medi consults then when u r ill and need a Dr once pm they tell u only 10 per year but written on CON tract unlimited.. If u want blood drawn as u diabetic every 2 months they say noooo problem go ahead Dr signed it and all.. I ended up footing the ****ing bill...... And don't let them tell u about how all x rays r covered... Bull****. Your back is not covered so don't fall down... They say go have it done submit Dr firm plus there form when u do they still refuse it. ****** Liars Got rid of them very quickly and if u want to do the sane just send them an email ***** there stupid forms they want u to fill in... Just keep copy of your email to show u resigned.... Then go to the bank and cxl block their debit order I done it and worked out fine.. Then 2 wwwks later they tried skelm to debit over R2000. My premium was R900..... sneakily but I caught them out they used a bogus name to debit me.... I have loads of proof on my acciynt.
terrible claims service i sent all paper work for my dogs and they conveniently did not pay ouit for my 4th dog came up with some bull**** etc so now i cxl with them and went over to much better insurance..i also cxd my car insurance with them.....
I WISH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A NON PATMENT OF MY DRIVING TEAM FOR MONEY OWED TO US BY NITE OWLS..MY SELF AND MY PARTNER WERE NEW TO NITE OWLS STARTED ON THURS 24TH AND DONE TRIPS FOR NITE OWLS AS WELL AS ON SAT 26TH SEPT AND WE SUBMITTED OUR FORMS IN ON MONDAY THE 28TH AS REQ TO DO FOR PAYMENT THE FOLLOWING WEEK...THE FOLLOWING WEEK ON MONDAY NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT I HEAR NOTHING FROM NITE OWLS AND MIKE...TUES COMES AND GOES STILL NOTHING..I SMS MIKE AND \apparently"their system crashede blah blah i dont buy it etc SO HE SAID I WOULD GET PAID BY LAST WEEK FRI ETC...I SMSD HIM HE SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT THEN CAME BACK WITH THE BULL THAT I DID NOT SUBMIT ON TIME...I RESENT HIM MY ORIGINAL EMAIL DATED 28TH SEPT MON AS REQ AND YESTERDAY THE 10TH OCT HE EMAILED ME BACK WITH SOME BULL THAT HE DIDENT RECEIVE THE TRIP ATTACHMENT......MIKE IS PLAYING FOR TIM"
