After entering vehicle details online, I received a call from Shane at Weelee to discuss the sale of my vehicle, shane was adament he could get me the best price for my vehicle and told me to reach out when ready to sell so he could setup an appointment to asses the vehicle. My replacement vehicle was ready earlier than expected and at short notice I reached out to Shane for the inspection, Shane managed to fit me into his busy schedule and asses the car on the same day, we struck a deal moments later and arrangements were made to collect the vehicle from me the next day. The entire process was extreamly fast and efficient compared to companies I have dealt with in the past. It has been a pleasure selling to Shane and Weelee.
<p>I have contacted GloCell on multiple occasions regarding thier "Free MSC Cruise" offer. I signed up and registered for the cruise within the dealine, I called to make a booking in November as requested by TLC and sent through the booking forms.</p> <p> </p> <p>GloCell then had a message sent out through an "error" that indicated cruises were booked and not available anymore and provided accomodation options instead. Thereafter they published thier MSC Letter which indicates it was a mistake and more cruise dates were published. I once again submitted all the requested forms and recieved no feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>In our family we have 4 of these contracts taken specifically for the cruise, we do not need the contract benefits at all. Now people are recieving word that an R8000 credit will be applied to the contract. This is unacceptable and useless to us since we only took the contract out for the cruise.</p> <p> </p> <p>GloCell needs to urgently sort out thier bookings, you promised a Cruise and now its time to deliver. GloCell is acting surprised about the number of registrations for the cruises. You knew how many people signed up for the contracts in the 22 march to 15 june 2016 promotion period. You should not reach november and be "Surprised" Nobody is going to forget about the offer if that was your plan...</p> <p> </p> <p>This entire registration process is pathetic and pointless. Just by taking out the contract you should qualify for the cruise, I dont see the point in having to get an SMS code and register on the link, then to recieve another registration document in November and another in December. GloCell should already have all its customers details and be aware of which customers signed up during the correct period instead of trying to disqualify people based on a whole lot of deadlines and registrations that go nowhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>TIME TO DELIVER !!!! There are so many complaints on HelloPeter alone, all the complaintants can get together and get legal assistance to fight GloCell on this false advertising offer. I am sure most people would want to cancel the contracts if GloCell cannot deliver on the cruise, and GloCell should be refunding us for every cent debited from our account because of thier shady advertising technique.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent emails to Jordace Moodley, who does not bother to respond, much like all employees at GloCell. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible, this issue wont be forgotten especially on social media and will deter new sign ups!</p>

I recently ate at Nando's Chatsworth (Chatsworth Centre) a few times, and each time the restaurant was filthy, the floor has pieces of food all over it and was sticky. The hand basin is always out of soap and tissue paper and even when it does have tissue paper, its just a big roll on a table, there's no dispenser. Staff take long to respond to any request and most of the time they say yes they will do it, but they don't come back with anything. Even after asking multiple times they still fail to bring the item. Very bad level of service!
Contacted the company to check for a booking on a specific date, they said there was plenty bookings available. I mentioned that I saw a special for the company on Groupon and was told that I could either buy the voucher or get the same price in store and pay cash. I had Groupon credit so I used it for the voucher. <br> <br> She said contact her when I bought the voucher and send the voucher to her to make the booking. When I did she said there is no bookings available for the next month. After talking to her for a long time she finally revealed that there was bookings available, but for customers with Groupon vouchers they schedule them and the next available session was in 1 month's time. If i wanted a booking for that specific day I need to pay cash (even though I already purchased the voucher).<br> <br> She said that's the rule they follow and she said she was the manager, and that the owner made this rule. But she would not let me speak to the owner.<br> <br> Very bad business practise, lying to a customer to purchase a voucher then giving them a hard time to make a booking. She also claimed my voucher before confirming an appointment which lead to hassles getting a refund from Groupon. Stay away!
I booked and collected tickets for an IMAX movie without any problems. But buying snacks was a massive headache.<br> <br> The \NEW\" ordering system does not work properly, there are no lines to use these machines so people just push their way to the front. There's no signs to show which stations cash is taken. When placing the order it failed, the attendant then said bank cards are not accepted, only credit cards. So i re-did the order using my credit card and received an sms from the bank showing payment went through but it said failed on the ordering system.<br> <br> I asked the attendant to call the manager and she disappeared, after waiting about 7 mins I saw her across the room and realized the manager was not showing up. I was then told by another attendant that my payment would be reversed (still waiting) and I ordered again using cash this time. <br> <br> I then joined the collection queue which took approx. 45 mins to get my order. staff serving were very slow. this wait caused me to go in late for my movie (went in 9pm for an 8.30pm movie). waiting that long to be served items that are not even made there is madness. pathetic service...<br> <br> Still awaiting payment reversal!, rather go to Numetro."
Company runs a promotion but the site does not work?<br> Very Professional.....?
