As friends we decided to spend a Spa Day, but were extremely disappointed with the shocking service we received. we had gone to massage at your Spa on the 27th February 2021. On arrival the staff were like they were not aware if we booked, how many of us booked and what time we booked for. We shoved with I don't know what kind of juice was that, the lady was holding glasses not on a tray, and we were rushed to drink up so that we can go in to start a massage. The room was small, stuffy/humidity with carpet on the floor. After agonizing massage, which it tells you that this people are not trained, we were given dirty dressing gowns, full of make up. Gowns were supposed to be white but I don't know color was that. we refused to wear them and we put our clothes back. Promised light lunch was a slimy lettuce with four pea size chicken meat. The lady by the name of Glenda if I am not mistaken was very impolite. The bathroom walls looked like a haunted house. The swimming pool was dirty. We were sitting in a roasting sun eating the sad lettuce. I was very disappointed, I must say. I will never come back there.

Super doggy from the moment you arrive! Bad service! The place looked like a patched up haunted house. A 1 hour and 15 minute massage was literally 40 minutes with all the walking around and unpreparedness.

The owner of this spa Debbie is very rude and silly. I agree with the person who mentioned about Groupon deals i was also told to pay cash instead of purchasing the deal via groupon. They are using Groupon to advertise their services yet they want you to pay cash so that Groupon does not subtract any percentage. I was there on Friday 17 June 2016 because i bought my husband a massage voucher for fathers day. While we were sitting there i decided to ask if there was a chance that my daughter and i could do our nails. She the owner said it was fine and i wanted gel nails done but instead nail polish was put on. I have never before had to walk out of a beauty spa blowing my nails to dry or opening the window to dry my nails. I paid R220 for this that did not last a day and paid R150 for my daughter to have her toe nails done of which the nail polish was also off the same day although she was told not to back on her socks and shoes in order for it to dry. We were in PMB for a wedding on the long weekend and this costed me driving back to Durban the next day to show her what had happened. I called several times and when i arrived at the spa she was not there and i showed the ladies what happened and they called her. Not to mention she was so rude and arrogant on the phone she told me that she cannot fly from where she is to come and attend to me. We had to be back in PMB by 1pm the Sa****ay so we left and i wrote a note to her. She called me and was still very rude on the phone and i reminded her that she has not apologised for any inconvenience she caused us nor for out time and fuel waisted. She is a nasty owner and will never attend this beauty spa ever again. I went back to Durban to get my money back from her as we dont have R370 to spend for something that lasted a few hours whereas it normally lasts between 4-6 weeks. She is a rip off and is exploiting people as well.

Contacted the company to check for a booking on a specific date, they said there was plenty bookings available. I mentioned that I saw a special for the company on Groupon and was told that I could either buy the voucher or get the same price in store and pay cash. I had Groupon credit so I used it for the voucher.

She said contact her when I bought the voucher and send the voucher to her to make the booking. When I did she said there is no bookings available for the next month. After talking to her for a long time she finally revealed that there was bookings available, but for customers with Groupon vouchers they schedule them and the next available session was in 1 month's time. If i wanted a booking for that specific day I need to pay cash (even though I already purchased the voucher).

She said that's the rule they follow and she said she was the manager, and that the owner made this rule. But she would not let me speak to the owner.

Very bad business practise, lying to a customer to purchase a voucher then giving them a hard time to make a booking. She also claimed my voucher before confirming an appointment which lead to hassles getting a refund from Groupon. Stay away!
