I went to Unique Interiors at Lifestyle Garden Centre, Beyers Naudé Dr, Randpark Ridge on the 5th of September 2023 to order bar furniture (barrel and 6 chairs) and a standing mirror. I was told that delivery would be on the 17th of October 2023, Monday the 16th of October I went to the store to check if my order would be delivered on time, I found the co-owners and was told that the chairs and mirrors were ready and that the barrel still needs some work, they then told me that delivery will be on Friday the 27th October due to the barrel not being done. Today the 26th of October, I went to the store to pay the balance and they still cannot confirm delivery, they called the warehouse and spoke to two people one said delivery would be on Monday the 30th of October and the other had a long story about the mirror needs to be sprayed and chairs needs to be assembled, (these are the things they said were ready when I went to the store on the 16th October) and said they will deliver on Wednesday the 2nd November 2023. They don’t sound if they are sure when they are going to deliver and this is disappointing because the whole time, no one kept in contact to update me on what was happening even after they realized they had incorrect contact detail. they rectified the contact but still no update whatsoever, it’s me who must always call or go to the store for an update, I have lost trust in this business and they are not being professional and none of them apologized for inconveniencing me with all the ups and downs and different delivery dates. I am asking Hello Peter to please help me by contacting Unique Interiors in order for them to commit to when exactly are they going to deliver my furniture, I already paid R28 000 for this and I am still yet to pay the balance of R12 246. I don't know what to do anymore
I bought a jumpsuit on the 14th May which i never received. I called and send several emails, they asked me to change my order because the jumpsuit are out of stock. I changed to a pair of jeans which never came. I then called Wanda who sounda like the owner and asked for my refund since they cant send my order. She asked me to send my banking details twice and on Wednesday the 29th July she said she processed the payment and i should receive it the following day. I didn't receive it and i called asking about my money on Friday the 31st July, she said it was processed. Today the 3rd August im still waiting for my refund and Wanda didn't respond my email
Today 22 October 2017, I went to Makro next to Clearwater Mall in Roodepoort. I saw a Tidy Iron Hanger Holder on display and decided to buy it. When I asked about the product , one of the staff member whom I didn't take his name told me that he is going to find out what barcode to use. He later came back saying there is no one from this product's department and that unfortunately I cannot buy the product. He asked if I can come back the following day, I said no. I wanted to take the product and check if Customer Service can assist, the staff member didn't want me to take the Tidy Iron Hanger Holder and pulled it holding it tight not wanting me to take it, I told him that I'm going to find the price for my self. He then let go of the product so that I can take it. I went to Customer Service asking for a price. The Customer Service manager made sure that we get the price and I was suprised that the very same staff member who fought for the product and told me that there is no one to assist me was the one who brought a box with a barcode and price to me. He didn't even show any remorse for his actions, he just handed me the box and Immediately left. I went to the Customer Service manager to complain about the treatment that the staff member gave me. The manager's response was he is going to look at take cameras tomorrow, meaning Monday the 23 October to deal with the staff member. He didn't sound convincing and didn't care much about what I said. I doubt he is going to do anything.
