We purchased furniture from Unique Interiors and are extremely happy customers. They delivered earlier than we expected and Wimpie made us part of the whole process. From the pile of wood up to our beautiful table, stools, server and bar stools. Each of the pieces are of the highest quality and the prices are very reasonable. Absolutely brilliant service from ordering to delivery. Thank you Prof and Gift for being so friendly and helpful with the delivery. We would recommend them to anyone looking for solid and modern wood furniture.

We purchased furniture from Unique Interiors and are extremely happy customers. They delivered earlier than we expected and Wimpie made us part of the whole process. I went to Unique Interiors at Lifestyle Garden Centre, Beyers Naudé Dr, Randpark Ridge on the 5th of September 2023 to order bar furniture (barrel and 6 chairs) and a standing mirror. I was told that delivery would be on the 17th of October 2023, Monday the 16th of October I went to the store to check if my order would be delivered on time, I found the co-owners and was told that the chairs and mirrors were ready and that the barrel still needs some work, they then told me that delivery will be on Friday the 27th October due to the barrel not being done. Today the 26th of October, I went to the store to pay the balance and they still cannot confirm delivery, they called the warehouse and spoke to two people one said delivery would be on Monday the 30th of October and the other had a long story about the mirror needs to be sprayed and chairs needs to be assembled, (these are the things they said were ready when I went to the store on the 16th October) and said they will deliver on Wednesday the 2nd November 2023. They don’t sound if they are sure when they are going to deliver and this is disappointing because the whole time, no one kept in contact to update me on what was happening even after they realized they had incorrect contact detail. they rectified the contact but still no update whatsoever, it’s me who must always call or go to the store for an update, I have lost trust in this business and they are not being professional and none of them apologized for inconveniencing me with all the ups and downs and different delivery dates. I am asking Hello Peter to please help me by contacting Unique Interiors in order for them to commit to when exactly are they going to deliver my furniture, I already paid R28 000 for this and I am still yet to pay the balance of R12 246. I don't know what to do anymore

<div>We had a dining room suite with six chairs manufactured by Unique Interiors. We were assisted by Celeste, wow, with so much patience. We got the design to our taste. We were informed that it would take 10 weeks for delivery. It was delivered and what great workmanship. The table is solid, the chairs are high quality and the made-to-customer-requirement sideboard is one of a kind. Then came the after sales service. One of the chairs fronts started folding. I phone Celeste and within minutes she came back to me. They would collect all six chairs at no cost. Wimpie wanted to make sure that the other chairs would not experience the same problem. The chairs were delivered back all being the same. We shopped for two years for a dining room set adn no company could satisfy us. Well Unique Interiors has. The y surely look after the customers. A bi thank you to them.</div>

What a wonderful online shopping experience. Quick and professional, delivery from Jhb to the Cape in just a few days. Keep up the excellent customer service as it is a rarity these days! Not to mention the beautiful goods for sale :-)

My wife and I went to the recently renovated Lifestyle centre off Beyers Naude,and on arriving went into Unique Interiors ,we were most impressed with the stock in the store,and we decided to purchase a coffee table,the one on the floor was sold,but we were assured,that as their factory was not busy we could have our table in a week.Two weeks went by and no news,on inquiry the store manager/owner,said the table was just being sanded,and delivery was imminent.A further two weeks went by,and after a number of follow ups,we were told that delivery would happen during the week of the second,we had also been told they would supply the glass top for the table.Eventually on the last day promised the table did arrive,but no glass.On inquiring the manager said he couldn't understand,but on Monday he would personally follow up,and if necessary deliver the glass himself.Another week has gone by,no glass,no phone calls. The moral of this story is,that no matter how good your merchandise is,the real test is the quality of the service you get.In this case service completely lacking in,either sincerity or a couldn't care attitude or both.
