My father was ******ed in Oct 2020 and FNB has been handling his estate ever since. Whatever they requested from me and my family, we quickly submitted back to ensure that there were no delays. Now their Fiduciary dept is moving at a snail's pace, no more updates given or responses to our follow-up emails. We have been dealing with Maggie Snyman and then escalated the matter to her manager when she was not responding anymore, Lynette Potgieter has also not even bothered to acknowledge / respond to our email on 4th Oct 2021. My father's estate had no oppositions or problems, the resolution of it should have been at its very final stage, or even finalized by now. This has been the worst experience from FNB especially after we have been through with the ****** of my father! My mom deends on my father's assetts to look after herself and the house's bills. I am very unhappy with the srvice received from FNB Fiduciary!!!
I ordered a thigh master in August 2021 from a Facebook advert that they ran. They sent me an email that they will be sending my stuff. It never happened! They are scammers, criminals!!! They belong behind bars. So I went to PayFast as the transaction went through their platform. They investigated and came back to me with my refund in less than a week!!! Payfast you are the best!!!!!

The experience that i have had with this company has been very good. They sent me details regarding a survey / redearch to make sure that i qualify. As soon as they had confirmed on their side they then send you all the relevant details so that you can participate on the survey or research. Payment was processed immediately, no delay! I also enjoyed the experience as they are very organised and do not waste my time. I would recommend them to anyone because they do not disappoint once they have sent you confirmation. #WIN
I registered, purchased online and paid for MTN's Steppa tablet on the 08 May 2015. I got an email of 5 - 7 working days turnaround time for delivery. I called them again on 13 May and was told the tablet is going to be dispatched soon and the delivery company will call to arrange delivery. The call centre agent also said they will escalate this matter as I should have been contacted by then. Then on the 19th May, MTN was on strike and was no longer responding to calls!!! I am very disappointed as my order should have been finalised before the strike! I will never purchase anything else from you people! No emails, no Calls, no communication from you! This is how you treat customers!
