0 stars are too much. When you choose a more expensive flight to not have a 10 hour layover, just for the flight to be delayed twice (9 hours total). No hotel accommodation offered as compensation, and resulted in us missing our expensive train in France by a lot. No help from help desk at airport, just shrugs and no answers. On top of this, there were 4 Kenya Airlines flights delayed at the same time, with the airport in chaos. No excuse for this. When returning, Charles de Gaulle airport offered us 15€ p/p compensation after our flight was delayed by 4 hours. Not the airline - the airport. Kenya Airways are always late, always changing schedules by hours, almost days, and won't ever care about you as a customer. It's impossible to plan anything around your flight with them as you will spend 3 times as much and lose valuable time because of missed connections, without any compensation. Stay away from Kenya Airways, spend a bit more and rather use an actual good airline. Kenya Airways, get your act together.
Always a great restaurant. Had an issue yesterday after delivery was a big mess, with everything spilling over, but it was handled so efficiently and professionally - I can't thank you guys enough. Big thumbs up!
No care with order for delivery taken in the slightest - 2 containers smashed into one another. The pasta, which came in seperate containers, were fine, but incredibly weird that it's seperated - I can also make pasta. Will probably visit again in my life, but never ever again on Uber Eats.

My experience in dealing with Rain: Ordering: Incredibly fast to sign up, no hassles in ordering and getting the sim and router delivered. Router and connectivity: Router is fine, signal was decent. HOWEVER when power is out, you won't have any connectivity. When you do have power and connectivity, the download speed is fine, but the upload speed is horrible - YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE ANY SORT OF ONLINE MEETING. With full signal it takes a Netflix/streaming service episode about 3 minutes to start playing, and then it plays on low quality. Call centre and comminication: Worst call centre I have dealt with in my life. After cancelling on the app I received an email that it was logged and the router collection will be organised in the next few days. I never got contacted, and had to call 12, not joking, 12 times before I eventually got it cancelled with email correspondence, which at least helped and got me somewhere. Cancelled on the 6th of April 2022, RAM finally picked up the router on the 17th of May 2022. Doesn't make sense that it took effort only from my side and 1 month and 10 days to sort this cancellation out. Overview: In short - Quick to sign up and take my money, criminally bad in cancelling the service, no intention to help from unknowledgable customer service, bad Internet speeds, doesn't work at all during power outages. Never sign up for this, it's not worth it to drive yourself insane with this "Internet service provider". If I could give MINUS 10 stars I would.
Bought a fireplace from Heatking a while back, and was hoping to get it installed before winter. I was astonished that installation was booked for 2 or 3 days later, and took about 2 hours to install. Very efficient and professional service from the get go, and very knowledgeable and skilled installers. Overall I am very happy about the product itself, service, installation and even after-sales service. Can highly recommend
Great product. Machine started pouring water for only 5 seconds. I tried online to get help from videos and forums, but nothing worked. I then phoned Nespresso, and with the first try the solution from the agent worked. Very please with the quick and painless help. Thank you Nespresso.

Not unhappy about the product, just the fact that these people force their product into your throat, tell you how unhealthy you are, make you feel that you have to buy it, won't take no for an answer, "calls the boss" to get discount, and basically say you're doomed if you do not buy this miracle. And that's after they want to set up a meeting with you, just for you to then find out what it's about. Me and my wife felt like the bad guys after 27 times of declining to buy this. Mostly aggregated by the sales techniques and the scaly approach and not being honest and straight forward or upfront. This actually made us mad in the first instance, thus from there during the meeting it just went south. Not saying the product is bad, but be aware of all the secrecy and hidden agendas.
Always helpful, always calling back when asked. And listening to clients. Great company and service. Thank you!
