Customer Complain and Dissastiffaction
I applied for 20gig and Huawei device contract at Telkom Mobile (11_13 December 2018) after a month with no response from them I visited Vaal Mall branch where I told to pay R884 which is 30% of the device because I do not meet their vetting criteria I was told in store and I paid that amount to their Absa account that the gave me at Vaal Mall Ref ( ********** ********** 45030) on the 30th January 2019 but still no handset has been delivered nor the consultants understands whats happening except that my account is in vetting department for almost 2 months now. I phoned many times but I can't get help all I need now is my R884 refund so that I can forget Telkom Mobile exist it's a pity I had port from a service provider that has call centre that can actually help to a one whereby they are clueless about how their company do things. I phoned different numbers even billing department but no help. Please Telkom just pay back my R884, Tumo Mofokeng ********** and I'm gladly gonna find myself where I will be treated like a valuable customer.

UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT
A DEBIT ORDER OF R99.99 REF: 1DRE150905 ON THE 15 OF NOVEMBER 2018 FROM THIS UNKOWN COMPANY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT BY NAEDO. I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY DO OR THEIR NAME AS THEY APPEAR AS "DRE" IN MY STATEMENT

Unathourized Debit
<p>I constantly have a debit on my account by Havendeal Sagepay ( ********** 73)and I don't have any contractual agreement with this company as I don't even know what service they offer. I used to go to the back for reversal but after few months they are back and what I get from the bank is they use different account or reference on a monthly basis hence it seem impossible to block or stop this scrupulous debit order on my account. Can one please what can I do to recover all my money I lost fraudulently by this debit.</p>
