I went to Rage Shop in Cloverdene Mall Benoni .I shopped around the music was so load in a way the staff could not hear when you want assistant. The cashier attitude was so terrible in a way that she even throw me after paying the items that I bought when I asked the name she lied and say Wendy as the was no name tack .Only to find out that the real name is Sinazo ,she is not customer obsessed and does not have customer care at all.
Bad service ever as they like to overcharge patience .I was admitted in hospital January 2019 and Doctor requested that blood test to be conducted .Lancet done the test and submitted the claim to my medical aid but problem is the claim was not paid in full. I contacted my medical aid and according to the medical aid is that Lancet Lab charged tests which the Doctor didn't request to be done and also the have duplicated charges using same codes. I contacted Lancet Lab and gave them the feedback that I got from medical aid instead Lancet Lab is busy sending me messages that I must pay the amount whereby how can I pay something that doesn't correspond with the request from the Doctor. Lancet Lab must stop robbing patience as it’s not the first time Lancet Lab accounts department doing this to me .
<p>I was approved by Hip homeloan for my bond last year February 2016 . In June 2016 i decided that let me switch the bond to other financial institution ,then the process of switching the bond started in September 2016 i went and sign all necessary documents from the register attorney and payed the amount that Hip requested i must pay same September .When HIP supposed to send the bond and titledeed documents to cancellation attorneys ,documents no where to be found and on that time they dont even update me whats going on almost 2 months past without any luck ,I called the registered attorney to find out what is really going on my attorneys advised me that the documents have been lost , so I decided to call the first registered attorney its only when i got that the documents where lost and those attorneys have to replace it ,But the fact that why HIP from start didnt contact their own attorneys until i called myself I dont know which shows that they dont care for their customers. Then the matter took long until February always me as a client calling them everyday pushing HIP to do things accordingly but still HIP failing to respond to my emails .Now as my bond is registered to the other financial insistution .Hip is failing to refund me back as a customer ,also they dont respond to my emails .If they respond they will promise lies only empty promises.The Lady by Amanda Gouws will tell you one thing everyday that (signatories confirm that they will be in the office today) over and over again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont know what kind of a company who does not take their customers as first priorities and take good care of their customers .</p> <p> </p> <p>I wont even suggest anyone to take offer that comes from HIP as they offer their clients extremelly terrible service i ever had in my whole life. Till today no refund has been made its over a week now with empty promises that HIP gives me </p>
<p>I am experiancing a problems in my house I think even a RDP house its better than the RBA homes that are building .I am staying in Crystal Park ext 32 ,since I moved into to that house these always problems last all the flour tiles in my dining room and kitching was loose . Now since the rain started my Kitchen door and dining room water comes in cheap doors that were used and electricity its driping when these lighting I am even scared for my family that we can be burned if something went wrong as I think the wirering of the house was not done according to the standard .When I call the call-centre they dont come and attend to my complains .I even think of selling the house as its not in good standard .</p>
I was giving birth to the twins babies and they did not correct the names and depended codes of the babies on the bill statement ,i went and inform them that they must fix it they advise me to call the call centre on (011)358 0875 and i did so from August 2014 till to date as the medical aid informed me that the bill will not be settle until the information of the babies is correct .Every month i keep on checking if its updated but not at all till to date they even handed me on debt collection/attorneys because of them not doing their work . I will never ever pay that money because of their staff not doing job well.
