This institution is nonsense, i am currently selling a house a couple owned with ex husband, we bought a house in 2013 at R514 000, i am in shock to learn that the settlement is R828 188 , what have we been paying for for the past 10 years. This is rediculous.

My ex fiancé and I are currently selling our house due to the fact we are no longer together and he is not contributing a cent on the bond since, which makes me struggled and depressed, so I asked for the settlement at Housing Investment Partners which came as a shock to me as the settlement amount is R836 000, the cost of the house when we bought it was R670 000, but only got financed R650 000. But my problem is I don't understand why the settlement of the house it's higher than what we bought the house for. What exactly I was paying for six years. For me it's just doesn't make sense. Please advise and more knowledge on how this calculations were done as I have already paid +-500 000. Your assistance will be highly appreciated. Thank u

My bond is financed by Housing Investment Partners. On the 2nd April I called them to ask for a premium holiday as I cannot afford to pay due to the national cris and I was told I have signed the contract that I will pay every month . South Africa pls help me on how to resolve this matter. This so called bank oparate like mashonisa they don't care about their customers. I would not advice anyone to take their offer. Hope to switch to reliable bank when this lockdown is over.

Depressed I bought a house with Housing investment partners which is a member of old mutual. Unknowingly HIP doesn’t have a persal code so I filled a stop order at work requesting the bond money be taken from my persal rather than bank account, for the month of May and April R11877,42 went off my pay, surprisingly human reasource person capturing the stoporder noticed that HIP doesn’t have a persal code but rather used Old mutual persal code.now the R11877,42 for May and June was not received by HIP and the money didnt bounce back to the department of education so possibility the money could be in the suspense account of old mutual fin limited(that’s the reference that’s on my pay-slip ) I’ve been transfer from pillar to post old mutual fin Ltd ,with no one willing to help me ,I’ve been put on hold for roughly an 45 minutes with no one willing to help.called the head office numerous times only to be transferred to someone who doesn’t even pick the call

I bought a house at sky city and being finance by HIP (housing investment partners). Cosmopolitan was the contractor. Cosmopolitan is failing for pay rates and taxes for water and electricity that was used when building my house. I receive monthly statements with high billing amounts. I then called ekurhuleni municipality on our area, they the ones that advised me that cosmopolitan must pay for those billing services they used on my account. I really can't get help since this is been going back and forth with them.

<p>I was approved by Hip homeloan for my bond last year February 2016 . In June 2016 i decided that let me switch the bond to other financial institution ,then the process of switching the bond started in September 2016 i went and sign all necessary documents from the register attorney and payed the amount that Hip requested i must pay same September .When HIP supposed to send the bond and titledeed documents to cancellation attorneys ,documents no where to be found and on that time they dont even update me whats going on almost 2 months past without any luck ,I called the registered attorney to find out what is really going on my attorneys advised me that the documents have been lost , so I decided to call the first registered attorney its only when i got that the documents where lost and those attorneys have to replace it ,But the fact that why HIP from start didnt contact their own attorneys until i called myself I dont know which shows that they dont care for their customers. Then the matter took long until February always me as a client calling them everyday pushing HIP to do things accordingly but still HIP failing to respond to my emails .Now as my bond is registered to the other financial insistution .Hip is failing to refund me back as a customer ,also they dont respond to my emails .If they respond they will promise lies only empty promises. The Lady by Amanda Gouws will tell you one thing everyday that (signatories confirm that they will be in the office today) over and over again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont know what kind of a company who does not take their customers as first priorities and take good care of their customers .</p> <p> </p> <p>I wont even suggest anyone to take offer that comes from HIP as they offer their clients extremelly terrible service i ever had in my whole life. Till today no refund has been made its over a week now with empty promises that HIP gives me </p>
