Please advise when will the service be restored? This is the worst service ever, you cannot run system maintenance on a Sunday and expect it to be up and running the next day. You guys are not professional at all and you always fail to provide good service. I've been insured with Alexander Forbes short term insurance before they moved to MMI short term. I have been looking for a better premium offer for my home & contents insurance and finally I managed to get a cheaper premium with King Price and save myself some money. However this is one of the sad moments to live behind the servicing consultant from MMI, LEHLOHONOLO CHURCHILL SEELE - What a service champion. This guy has always been efficient, kind and willing to assist me with anything every time I would call and seek for assistance. From day one since inception of my policy I've always been happy and thank you Mr Seele for all dedication. Keep shining.

I've been to KFC Sky city so many times and always been getting **** service. I really don't know what to do now. If the order is not wrong something is missing. I can't take it anymore, never and never again. Our own black people their service very very poor. It's hardly rear to get poor service at white dominated restaurants. I even wonder if me writing my concern here will really help because no change will happen...

My fiancé and I went to Food Lovers at the Mall of Newmarket in Alberton on the 31st of May 2020. We got inside the store and as we would normally do, browse around for the items we want to buy and also compare prices before we can do the actual purchase. As we walked around the store looking for items we wish to buy I noticed that someone was following us and they were recording something on the notebook they had on their hand and giving us a rather uncomfortable stare, like we were doing something wrong. I felt very uneasy to the way they looked at me so I decided to approach this man to find out if the was an issue. This happens to be the store manager by name of Terry Muneno. As I confront Terry as to why he was following us he responded very unprofessional and rude towards us. He told us and I quote” this is my store and I can do whatever I want!”. I asked him if there was an issue he continued to yell and scream, he went as far as swearing calling me names(“*****”) being one of the words thrown at me. I retaliated and an argument arise between us. He was not prepared to have a civil confrontation with me even when my fiancé came to find out why there was so much noise in the store. He called security on us so we be thrown out the store, he told us it’s his store he doesn’t need us there and that we must leave. Even after my fiancé persisted that we are here to buy, he still insisted that security removes us from the premises. I am very much traumatized by this behaviour from a whole store/branch manager and so disappointed at the service I got. He is a rotten manager and doesn’t know how to treat people with respect, especially a BUYING customer. I would like for measures to be taken upon this issue and feedback to be provided back to me as soon as possible. This is ill treatment and I would like for Terry to be dealt with accordingly. Hope the superiors of Food Lovers Market will take upon this matter as urgent! And not to lose more customers to such unfair treatment. Your feedback will be highly appreciated, I am an angry customer at this point and if I could rate you guys a zero I would.
I was debited the incorrect amount of R399 instead of R105. Before this has happened, I received an sms notification that R399 is due to my account. I then called the poor customer service center to query about the sms I got. The lady by the name of shoela Mabatla told me that she wil cancel the debit and I will be debited the correct amount of R105 but that didn't happen. I can't again yesterday on the 26th querying about the incorrect debit and I then requested a refund that has not happened to date. Today the 27th June I called again and I was told that someone from finance will call me even now I. Still waiting. This has cost me a lot of problems due to my other debit orders and I want this matter to be taken serious as for us clients of multichoise we not take care of.
I bought a house at sky city and being finance by HIP (housing investment partners). Cosmopolitan was the contractor. Cosmopolitan is failing for pay rates and taxes for water and electricity that was used when building my house. I receive monthly statements with high billing amounts. I then called ekurhuleni municipality on our area, they the ones that advised me that cosmopolitan must pay for those billing services they used on my account. I really can't get help since this is been going back and forth with them.
