Bad service ever Wouldn't recommend them to anyone The worst service ever.thy treat people like trash. Am still waiting for them to reinstall the wifi pole They don't respond to messages nothing Trashy shaddy business
I have had problems paying my contract for the past 4 months,then eventually I did and made payments of R7200 but to my surprise when I tried and did a sim swip I was told my number has been deleted,apparently by the legal department But now am confused why was my number deleted even though I made payments,made payments in September but my number was deleted in October why And what does it mean coz I’ve been to a Vodacom shop and they can’t help coz the contract has been closed by the legal department
Made a claim on Monday up till today havent received anything,was told it would take 48 to receive the claim,48 hours later am told to wait another 48 hours to receive the claim,,
Am disappointed with avbob made a claim over 7 days ago had change left was told it would take 2 weeks to get the money.do you guys know that planning a funeral leaves one financially drained why do I need to wait 2 weeks to get the money??
Depressed I bought a house with Housing investment partners which is a member of old mutual. Unknowingly HIP doesn’t have a persal code so I filled a stop order at work requesting the bond money be taken from my persal rather than bank account,for the month of May and April R11877,42 went off my pay,surprisingly human reasource person capturing the stoporder noticed that HIP doesn’t have a persal code but rather used Old mutual persal code.now the R11877,42 for May and June was not received by HIP and the money didnt bounce back to the department of education so possibility the money could be in the suspense account of old mutual fin limited(that’s the reference that’s on my pay-slip ) I’ve been transfer from pillar to post old mutual fin Ltd ,with no one willing to help me ,I’ve been put on hold for roughly an 45 minutes with no one willing to help.called the head office numerous times only to be transferred to someone who doesn’t even pick the call
Erf 1062 Even today my running meter has not been solved,we got our pre-termination water bill which is beyond normal,sent Isalina the bill via email,she didn’t even bother to respond,I’ve been calling her office and nobody is picking up..am beyond disappointed with cosmopolitan projects service..
Leaking ceiling,leaking tap,leaking basin,the meter box constantly run,told the agent about this the first day we moved in,that it runs every second,he told us the apparently these an underground leakege,but nobody came to fix it...I’ve filed the faulty form so many times Already but never gotten any response...
