I HAD A SHOCKING EXPERIENCE WITH AN UNQUALIFIED CALL CENTRE BIANCA. I CALLED AS I NOTICED THAT ALL THE HUG IN THE MUG SATCHETS I PURCHASED HAD A STRANGE BLIE TAPE ON IT, I ASKED BIANCA THE LADY ON THE LINE IF IT WAS SAFE FOR HIMAN CONSUMPTION AND SHE NEVER GAVE ME AN ANSWER I EVEN SENT PICTURES TO PROVE THAT I WAS SPEAKIBG THE TRUTH,BIANCA WAS BRAVE ENOUGH TO SEND ME A WATSAPP MESSAGE TO SAY SHE WONT BE GIVING ME A VOICHER FOR THE COMPLAINT I SENT THROUGH AS SHE NEEDS MORE PROOF MORE PICS AND TILL SLIPS TO QUANTIFY MY PURCHASE.SHE INDIRECTLY SAID I WAS A **** AND **** TO HER ON THE AMOUNT OF SATCHETS I BOUGHT OR HAD AT HOME.HER ATTITUDE WAS BEYOND ME,THEN I GET A CALL FROM HER SO CALLED SUPERVISOR ALSO WITH AN ATTITUDE WHO KEPT MAKING EXCISED THAT HER L9NE WAS ECHOING,SHE WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS ME AND COVERED MISS BIANCA BY SAYING OF SHE DIDNT MEAN THAT U WERE LYING. FIRSTLY I DIDNT CALL FRO FREEBIES WHEREAS MISS BIANCA THOUGHT IM THE GENERAL PUBL8C THAT SHE ENTERTAIMS ALL DAY ASSUNING IM OUT TO ****E HER N CRY FOR HER FREEBIES.. NEVER EVER BUY HUG IN A MUG,THEY SELL U WIERD STUFF AND WHEN U CALL TO VERIFY THEY ASSUME YOU ARE A ****..AS THE SUPERVISOR SAID THEOR QUALITY TEAM IS NOT UPTO SCRATCH...SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I AM ALSO SENDING A REPORT TO THE HEALTH DEPT AND THE CONSUMER GOODS COUNCIL TO REPORT THIS COMPANY
TRACKER HAVE INCOM0ETANT STAFF WORKING FOR THEM FROM THE TEFHNICIANS DOWN TO THE CALL CENTRE MY DEVICE WAS FITTED IN A VISIBLE PLACE AND I HAVE CALLED TO REPORT IT EVEN SENT PICS BUT NOBODY HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CISTOMERS AND PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT MORE RISK THAN EASE NOBODY SHOULD USE TRACKER AS THEY MAKE U A TARGET IN THEFT AS THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL TECHNICOANS DO USELESS WORK AND MAKE UR VEHICLE HIGH RISK
I did 2 upgrades on the 28th of November and was promised R2700 in vouchers for upgrades Almost 17 days later and nothing NO VOUCHERS RECEIVED This is False Advertising and I will take this further to the Consumer council and Ombudsman When I call the call Centre I am given the run around when I go to the store they have no clue what’s the delay This is ridiculous I want to RETURN THE UPGRADES AND MOVR TO A MORE HONEST SERVICE PROVIDER
I am highly embarrassed n upset as I am a vodacom customer for over 10 years now.<br> I went to do my 2 upgrades that r due and chose fones that r on my plan which is the u choose 150 only to find out that I have a low portfolio n have to pay in an amount of 3500 for a fone that costs 5000 prepaid.WHAT IS VODACOM TRYING TO DO BY REQUESTING PAY INS FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS I WILL have to review if I want to stay with vodacom or move all 4 of my contracts to a better service provider that realises the value of their customers
WE VISITED STER KINEKOR PRESTIGE TO WATCH THE NEW MOVIE FOCUS <br> WE HAD BOOKED PRESTIGE SEATS FOR THE SHOW<br> WHEN WE GOT THERE FIRSTLY OUR SEATS WERE ALL TAKEN AND WE WERE FORCED TO SIT AT OPEN SEATS THAT WERE NOT OURS AS PER OUR TICKETS AS THE SEATS ALLOCATED TO US WERE TAKEN BY COUPLES WHO REFUSED TO MOVE<br> SECONDLY WE HAD TO SIT ON SEATS WHERE THE RECLINERS WERE NOT WORKING SO BASICALLY WE PAID A FORTUNE FOR TICKETS WHERE WE THOUGHT WE WOULD GET COMFORT BUT INSTEAD WAS NOT WORKING ..THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL BE BROADCASTED ON EVERY MEDIA SITE TO WARN PPL TO NOT GO TO THAT CINEMA AND PAY A FORTUNE FOR NOTHING
